I can't say enough great things about the staff at subaru of wakefield. I recently purchased a 2014 subaru forester xt . Given the fact I was trading in a 2013 forester base model I was not expecting subaru of wakefield. I recently purchased a 2014 subaru forester xt . Given the fact I was trading in a 2013 forester base model I was not expecting to receive the great deal I was given . subaru has a great loyalty program and knows how to retain its customers ..Justin did a great job at explaining the differant models and options and never once made me feel pressured to purchase . I would also like to thank Chris in finance . He helped me get a good finance deal and extended warranty. Years back I purchased a used jeep from this dealership and when I decided I wanted a subaru I could have picked five closer subaru dealerships but chose to come back here knowing this is where I would receive the best customer service and deal. I will be back. More
Having never bought a new car before, and having walked out on a poor sales experience the week before (halfway through signing paperwork), we went to Wakefield Subaru and had a great experience. Met up with Justin, he showed us a car, an XV CrossTrek, we drove it. and really liked it, but didn't really think the car was for us because the storage was too small. Left the dealer without being pressured. A week later, decided that a Forester might be the way to go. Went back in there, test drove one, then sat in a couple, and had a low-pressure sale. Justin was funny and personable, without being high-pressure or cheesy or talking too much. It seemed to break the stereotype of a car salesman. Very happy with my purchase. Extremely happy with the sales process. More
So our purchase is a little more than a month old. Bought 2 vehicles the same day. The Subaru we have made a payment on already, but can't drive. We had it home for a short time and the check engine light ca 2 vehicles the same day. The Subaru we have made a payment on already, but can't drive. We had it home for a short time and the check engine light came on, noisy power steering pump and dash light bulbs out. Drove it back and it overheated on the way there. "No problem we will fix it." New radiator, new power steering pump, spark plugs and dash light bulbs all replaced at no charge as promised. Great. Next day no heat. Back it goes and could not make there, overheated again. "Don't worry we will make it right." So the engine is no good, we have ordered a used engine, you should have the car Friday or Saturday. No call so I called Monday. Oh the engine we got was bad too. We have ordered another. So this is engine number 3. Am I concerned? Very. I think the right course of action would be to put in a short block, which is the lower half of the engine. Block, pistons and crankshaft. My wife really wanted this car, but I may have to give it back to them. Merry Christmas. I am an optimist so I clicked yes on recommending dealer In Hopes that this will work out. More

I last purchased a Subaru Legacy Sedan 14 years ago from Subaru of Wakefield and am glad to see the service hasn’t changed. I purchased a Subaru XV Crosstrek and am completely satisfied. So I purchased to 2 used vehicles on the same day. A 2011 Toyota and a 2003 Subaru. I was told that they stand behind their used cars. So I had to bring the Subaru back d/t Check engine light on, rough 2011 Toyota and a 2003 Subaru. I was told that they stand behind their used cars. So I had to bring the Subaru back d/t Check engine light on, rough running, power streering noise and speedometer light bulb was out. On the way there the car over heated. They replaced a leaking radiator, power streering pump, spark plug and all the lights in the instrument cluster. No charge to me. Very good. They stood behind what they sold. Well, trouble again. No heat/defrost, blowing cold air and overheated yet again on the way back to dealer. They sent techician with coolant and filled radiator and we proceded to dealer. The looked at the car and decided they want to keep it to besure all is fixed. No loaner cars on site (all out) so Justin drove me from Wakefild to Salem, MA. Very nice. Joe said they will fix the problem even if they had to rebuild the engine. I clicked Yes on Would you recommend this service center in hopes they will fix this problem correctly. I will be back on to post out come. More
