First off, I’d like to start by saying that I had a very positive experience at Albrecht Buick GMC of Wakefield! Jon Warren is the associate who came right outside as my father and I pulled into the parking positive experience at Albrecht Buick GMC of Wakefield! Jon Warren is the associate who came right outside as my father and I pulled into the parking lot - and was extremely attentive throughout the entire process! Seeing as though this was my first car shopping experience - and quite frankly, my first, very own car - I was unaware of the comparisons between financing and leasing. Therefore, Jon had no problem sitting down and explaining differences between the two, using scenarios to help me better understand. In fact, he physically wrote these scenarios down on paper, so that I could see the pricing comparisons. That extra time he took to educate me comes to show that he cares about his customers’ positive experiences at Albrecht, as well as with himself! The financing department within the dealership was also helpful. Kendra Milan assisted me with this process and explained my protection options, as well as how many ideal miles I would need for each year. She answered any and all questions I had, too! Lastly, I knew what car I had my eyes on going into this dealership - the Buick Encore. And, I ended up walking out with the more upscale model - the 2021 Buick Encore GX - in black with red exterior detailing. She’s quite the beaut - and I’m not ashamed to say that I named her Pepper! All in all, visit Albrecht Buick GMC of Wakefield and ask for Jon Warren - you will not be disappointed! P.S. - Jon still checks in with me to make sure I am happy with my choice and everything is working smoothly within my new Buick! Had an awful experience here. Viewed a car twice and then put a deposit down. They sold it from under us over the weekend. They tried to 'make it up' but didn't actually have much of an offer for us. Very weak effort. Very disappointing experience. We walked away after weeks of waiting to see if they'd help make it right......and they just didn't seem to care to do that. More
My husband and I went to Albrecht Buick on Saturday for the first time and ended up walking away with two new cars! Gabriel Cortes was our salesman and he was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us with both cars and we are extremely happy. The rest of the staff were also super friendly and welcoming from the minute we walked in. If you're thinking about buying a car from Albrecht Buick GMC of Wakefield run for the hills, run fast and run far. The sales person we dealt with wasn't a bad guy, and can't blame him he's new and if we had GMC of Wakefield run for the hills, run fast and run far. Speaking of leadership at the top lets talk about the General Manager who we had the pleasure of meeting, well to be honest probably better off not meeting him because they would have one less negative review on every platform on the internet. The car that we were picking up was a great deal there is no hiding that however when my friend decided to buy the car there was a headlight(definitely a safety item on a car) that was completely out of alignment and as result the bumper was being damage and paint was chipping. The dealership agreed in writing to fix the damage prior to my friend taking possession of his new car. This all started about two weeks ago, so finally he gets the call the car is ready on 7/16 and come on down everything is fixed and ready to go. Good to mention that the dealership is over an hour away, so we both took time off of work drove down to pick up the car. Well to our surprise the headlight wasn't fixed it didn't even look like it was touched if you compared the picture of the car online and the car in person, the sales associate told us its not perfect but the best we can do...clearly management need to work more on training. Anyways we said thats not acceptable. The sales associate had the sales manager come out he looked at it was very nice reasonable and didn't treat us in any rude manner he looked at it said we will obviously take care of this without question, he said he thinks the bumper needs to be replaced as his diagnosis was that the bumper was where the damage was. He said guys we're sorry about this we'll get it fixed properly and have it ready for pick up on Tuesday. Mr. General Manager you should take a lesson out of you sales manages book about how to treat customers and provide customer service. We said okay, thank you and we'll see you next week. Fast forward to today Wednesday 7/21 we drive over an hour because my friend got the call everything is fixed and good to go. We get there and the car is parked out front we take a look at the head light it looked better, however it still was not fixed. We let the sales guy know who responded by saying it's not a brand new car. (spoiler alert the GM said the same thing which just goes to show he can't train his staff) so i asked you have a lot of used cars on the lot so what you're telling me is that you guys don't care what your customers get if there was something wrong because the cars older? So he went to get his manager. Gentleman came out took a look at the headlight we tried to explain what his counterpart said and he started raising his voice and yelling at me because i wasn't buying the car my friend was and rather than being like, guys I hear you, however this has been to the body shop it's the best we can do if you don't want the car we'll give your money back or i can warranty that the light and bumper will be without an issue ( solution finally landed on) the conversation would have been done and everyone would be happy and frankly you guys would avoid a ton a bad press. Instead Mr. GM came out and started trying to play mr. tough guy maybe he was intimated by me or just doesn't get out of his office so he was ready insult customers and yell at people. He started screaming if you don't want the car don't buy it and i'll give you your money back. Couple problems with that you've already pulled his credit, wasted over 2 weeks of his time made us drive up 2 times to look at damage that was to be fixed and wasn't frankly not driving off with the car would not have been an option. When I called Mr.GM out for his lack of customer service he screamed even more and just walked away, I just was stating facts. Not to mention they charged my friend $100 to fill his tires with nitrogen but there was no green cap on the tires indicating that was the case. (I told him almost any mechanic and tire shop has nitrogen for the tires and ha was robbed) so we're taking his car to see if they actually filled the tires with nitrogen or if they actually stole from him? More
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The back window of my car shattered 3 days after I bought it and they refused to help. I bought a 2018 Equinox certified pre-owned for Bill, he was great, but after 3 days of the car bein days after I bought it and they refused to help. The window was popped out of the seal, the whole window spidered and chunks were on my driveway. I called and Austin in the service department talked to me asking for pictures said that there was nothing he could do and that he'd talk to a manager on Monday about it. By Monday the entire window would have completely fallen out leaving glass all over my car and driveway. Meanwhile he lied to me and said that the manager had gone home for the day, so my boyfriend called Bill and he got us to the ''manager'' who also said that they couldn't do anything. When I got the car there was no inspection sticker because they don't have a machine to print the stickers, so I have 7 days to get it inspected after purchasing. The manager said that they still had done an inspection before I brought it home... how could a car pass inspection with a faulty window that shattered because it sat in the sun!!! More

The best experience I’ve ever had shopping for a used car of any dealership I’ve ever visited. Car was already priced well below market-value. I expressed interest in the car and was contacted almost immedia of any dealership I’ve ever visited. Car was already priced well below market-value. I expressed interest in the car and was contacted almost immediately by a very friendly, no-pressure, salesman named Steven Gregory. Steven was kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. Although I plan to keep the excellent car I just purchased from Albrecht Autolandfot many years, I am going to check back with them first when I am in the market again. One more thought: Albrecht is not a small dealership you see on any street corner. They have a beautiful facility with a very large and good looking inventory. More

I've always loved my Volvo's (s40 and xc60) and have been looking at XC90's for months. Like I said my plan was to enjoy Boston food and some christmas shopping. While eating lunch my partner decided to look on car gurus see what Mass had for deals on XC90's. Albrecht was only 15 mins from where we were eating lunch so we decided to just take a look. Still with no intentions of actually buying the Volvo once we got there Barry was very welcoming and threw us a few jokes. He had actually been driving the Volvo so plates were already on it and we were there less than 5 mins and we were already test driving it. I was kind of unsure at first because there were no reviews for this place and I've never purchased a car out of state. Barry introduced us to Sandy who answered all our questions and started the paperwork. Throughout the whole process these guys were great, funny, friendly and welcoming. Due to being out of state I had to take the Volvo that day but they had me come back for a full detail the following Friday. There were a couple of minor things; dead battery in key remote and it felt out of alignment and we mentioned it to Sandy and they fixed everything and gave us a rental so we could get lunch and do some more shopping :) More
