Absolutely terrible experience. My truck has been sitting at this dealership for over 3 months waiting on repairs, and the entire process has been nothing but a nightmare. From day one, met with Jason, the communication has been almost non-existent. I had to constantly chase them down for updates, only to be told vague excuses or flat-out lies. Every time I called, I either got passed around or was told someone would call me back — which almost never happened. When I finally did get someone on the line, the story kept changing. First, they blamed the delay on parts, then on the technician, then back to the parts. I was told “next week” at least ten times. Still no truck. No loaner vehicle available. What makes it worse is the dishonesty . I was told the part was ordered weeks ago, only to find out later it hadn’t even been processed. Then they claimed it was on backorder nationally — again, no real proof, no updates, just another excuse. Then told me to contact GMC customer service to open a warranty claim to see where your part on ETA. Smh! Do your job buddy! They’ve had my truck longer than I’ve owned it. No loaner vehicle offered, no sense of urgency, and absolutely no accountability. This dealership is filled with poor communicators, flat-out liars and desperately need professional training. I’ve lost time, money, and trust, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the time, headache and stay away from the dealership! Thank me later! More

Very rude people I dealt with specifically Jason. Called me 20 days after I picked up my car to ask if I took it, could have been stolen and they don’t even care. Scott met us outside and was very helpful as we were looking for a used Yukon that we had done a search for. He was able to find it in no time and let us try it out. Albrecht GMC of Wakefield provided a terrible car buying experience. The negotiation process was filled with blatant dishonesty and deception. The dealership used a variety of tactics to undervalue my trade-in, including presenting a skewed list of auction transactions and making false claims about the vehicle's condition. Despite agreeing to a deal with the salesman to the point where he shook my hand and said “congratulations”, the sales manager came back out and reneged on the agreement, forcing me to pay more than the original agreed-upon price. The dealership's complete disregard for customer satisfaction was evident in their handling of the vehicle delivery. They, particularly the finance manager, blamed my insurance company for delays, even though it was their own incompetence that caused the issue. They lied and said they couldn't deliver the vehicle on the promised date because “my insurance company dropped the ball”, despite having all the necessary paperwork from them a day earlier. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Albrecht GMC of Wakefield to think twice. Their dishonest practices and lack of integrity are unacceptable. More
