This is the second new car purchased from this dealership. Mr Ravin Carpenter, the sales associate makes the experience of determining the right car for us a most relaxed and pleasant experience. His knowledge of the products and his willingness to listen to our needs was most refreshing. Next came the sales manager Tony Schuble. His efforts to work within our budget constraints was most gratifying. Having found the vehicle that we desired, we met the finance manger Keith Harney. He carefully explained our warranty options and other services available that would protect our purchase. NO pressure was put on us to make further purchases, but we did, since he presented affordable options. We are committed Honda owners who have bought Hondas in other cities where we have previously lived. Sara and I are pleased to recommend this dealership in Albany Georgia and most of all, we appreciate the above named personnel who assisted in the purchase of a new CRV We already knew the quality of service that we could expect from the service department since they have done all the service work our 2009 CRV. Best Car Purchase Experience Ever! I was shopping for a 2014 Pilot EX-L w/ Navigation. I received dealer quotes from a 3 state area, and Albany Honda was the lowest bid submitted. After I was shopping for a 2014 Pilot EX-L w/ Navigation. I received dealer quotes from a 3 state area, and Albany Honda was the lowest bid submitted. After receiving the bids I contacted Tony Schuble to confirm the price and options. He did not have our desired color in inventory, but checked and confirmed on the phone that he found one he could transfer in. He had the car the next day, and immediately installed the dealer options I requested. We drove 2 hours Saturday ( yes, the deal was worth it) to Albany Honda and the car was prepped, cleaned and waiting with a full tank of gas. We did a quick test drive with Roy, then took care of the paper work with Keith. Roy then covered the details of the cars features and we were on our way. Everyone was professional, friendly, and great to work with. This is the way all car sales should work. I give this dealer my stronest recommendation and will definitely buy my next Honda from them!
