commited follow-up repair took my CRV in to get a window regulator fixed, close to $500. Once that was in they said I had another problem with the switch. I wouldn't get that fixed there because I didn't want to put that much in it and figured they would find another problem. I had purchased my last 2 autos there. I will NEVER go back and this experience fixed me from going to a dealership to get any service work done! No one would work with me, had to pay to get my car back. Unbelievably bad experience. The rating would have to be negative. The owner contacted me and offered to resolve the problem. I took the car back and Bobby took care of the problem. I am very satisfied with the service after the repair. I appreciate owner calling me as a follow-up which shows he is very dedicated to the service the dealership provides. More

LIARS IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT I TOOK MY CAR TO THIS DEALER'S SERVICE DEPT. AND I CAME OUT WITH A BROKEN WINDSHIELD. THE GUY WHO WORKED ON IT STATED IT WAS BROKEN ALREADY, BUT IT WA I TOOK MY CAR TO THIS DEALER'S SERVICE DEPT. AND I CAME OUT WITH A BROKEN WINDSHIELD. THE GUY WHO WORKED ON IT STATED IT WAS BROKEN ALREADY, BUT IT WAS NOT. THE BILLING LADY SHOVED THE PAPER IN MY FACE AND STATED SIGN THIS AND QUICKLY REMOVED THE PAPER. WHEN I PULLED OFF, I NOTICED THE CRACK. THEY DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY SO I CALLED THE POLICE. NOW I AM STUCK WITH A $ 250.00 BILL. THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER. More
