I hadn't planned drivi A couple nights ago on a leisurely walk I stopped by Alan Webb Mitsubishi to look at the 2018 Mirage G4 sedans they still had. I hadn't planned driving, let alone buying a car. I poked around on the lot for a bit, appreciative nobody came out to bother me (I'm lean towards being introverted, I'll come to you instead of you coming to me). I decided I wanted to drive one and went inside and was greeted by Phillip. We drove two cars, and then talked numbers. At no point was he pushy, yet he still was actively trying to sell me a car, sort of a win for both of us. I decided I wanted to do another longer test drive the next day. That night I read and watched many reviews on the G4, as well as figuring out possible payments, and submitting a credit application online. The next day, prior to going in for the longer drive, I emailed Phillip just to re-clarify the challenges with credit, down payment, and the title of my trade in. He assured me they could work with this no problem, and to come in for the drive. I made it in later that afternoon and we took a longer drive, this time on a route I picked. At this point a car had been picked out (the one I was driving) and when we got back to the lot, they got started on getting the formal loan approval. It actually was a pretty quick process, and I did get approved at a payment in the range I requested, and not even at the top of the range. They also gave me a very fair amount for my trade, worked with a low down payment, and further discounter the already heavily discounted car. when I came back to sign the papers, I had a small wait and then everything was good to go! During this whole process, Phillip was always friendly, courteous and personable. I felt very comfortable with him (and the other employees there). Even if (or maybe especially if) Mitsubishi isn't on your shopping list, still stop buy Alan Webb Mitsubishi and see what they got for you. Ask for Phillip, he'll treat you great! More

Slightly disappointed this time around. I appreciate attention to detail. The oil change experience I received this time around was not the best. I typically do a key drop the night before a I appreciate attention to detail. The oil change experience I received this time around was not the best. I typically do a key drop the night before and normally this works great. I leave my car in a safe spot, designated for customers only, put my vehicle key in the envelope and drop it in the box. This time however, due to resurfacing the lot I had to leave my vehicle in a spot that wasn't designated for customers. I was told by a car salesman on Sunday evening, "I really don't know what to tell you, if you can find a spot go ahead and park it there." I ended up leaving my vehicle in a part of the driveway behind another new vehicle currently for sale. Also, the service dept always goes the extra mile with a vaccum and car wash on top of the oil change, I love that. Not this time around though. I appreciate the oil change, it's a part of my contract, but it's the attention to detail, the great customer service, that keeps your customers coming back and recommending you to others. I know, I work in customer service as well. By the way, Kyle has pleasant and personable. I did appreciate him. More

Service department finally where it needs to be to match the I haven't going to Alan Webb since I bought my new vehicle there in 2013. Over the years during select Services I have received fluctuating levels of I haven't going to Alan Webb since I bought my new vehicle there in 2013. Over the years during select Services I have received fluctuating levels of quality service. But I just wanted to make note about this time they knocked it out of the park. Now I feel the level of service in this department is equal to the overall dealership. Jake was outstanding. Very knowledgeable friendly and just an overall nice guy. This is the guy you wish was your neighbor when you were in a pinch. This is just the type of person Alan Webb needed to hire. Hold On Tight to this one. Also the service manager was stellar it took great care to make sure my wife's experience was comfortable and would ensure a prompt return if we needed more service done to our vehicle.
