We also purchased the extended warranty, even the upgraded service package because my car is a Subaru WRX and we were told the Tech package is the one to go with as it covers MORE. In ADDITION to purchasing the warranty we purchased the oil for life, because as the finance manager advised that it’s a turbo car. One less thing for us to worry about….. FALSE! 18 months later we have a dead cylinder which per all of the documents in my sales contract would be covered under engine/transmission part of my warranty. So this is when Alan Webb starts showing their true colors: *Called to see when my car could be looked at, since I have the warranty and it appears to be covered. We are told by Stacy Hamilton they are a month out… *Showed up in person to Alan Webb Chevrolet the next day, Stacy proceeds to tell us they are 2 weeks out now because her tech can look at our car. Her solution to not having a drivable car- she has connections with Enterprise and can get us a car for $25 a day! What an awesome deal!! We then asked if we can get the car released so that it can be worked on ASAP. By 1130 that day we found a dealership willing to take it ASAP and look it. Stacy was unable to get the contract released until 530pm that same day! One more day without a car! *Got the car towed to a Subaru dealership finally midday Friday and knew we would have to wait till Monday to get any response due to the weekend. *While at the Subaru dealership National Warranty company requests oil change records. My husband calls and keeps getting voicemail. Finally I get through and get the copies sent over via email- thank you to female who answered the phone and handled that in a timely manner! Maybe teach your coworkers a thing or two about customer service! *The next day National tells us that they will not touch the car due to the infrequency of oil changes! What the xxxx does that mean, I asked. We bought the oil for life and took our car to Alan Webb Chevrolet for our oil changes! Come to find out, Alan Webb’s service departments recommendations of oil change intervals was what VOIDED our warranty from covering the repairs (which we have in writing) How come we are being punished for following the dealers recommended service schedule..? *This is Friday now and we call so speak with the Finance manager Dave, did not get a phone call back like we told we would. Naturally, since we didn’t get a phone we showed up bright and early Saturday morning to talk with Dave. Dave was the Finance manager who sold us the car 18 months ago. As we began telling Dave our story of what’s going on he starts checking the paperwork. What we found out that day was that Dave charged us DOUBLE for our oil for life so that our oil changes would be done every 3000 miles (not the regular 5000-6000 miles), which would meet the manufacture requires of our Subaru of 3750. So not only did we pay DOUBLE, Alan Webb’s service department was scheduling us for 5000 and 6000 mile oil changes. WE PAID DOUBLE FOR A SERVICE THAT WE DIDN’T GET IN ADDITION, THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN SCHEDULING OUR OIL CHANGES HAS RUINED MY CAR! NOW THE WARRANTY COMPANY WILL NOT FIX IT BECAUSE I GOT MY OIL CHANGED PER THE SERVICE SCHEDULE THAT ALAN WEBB HAD GIVEN US IN WRITING TO FOLLOW..? Jim Johnson will not call us and tell us what is going on NOR has he even offered to fix our car because of the poor recommendations by his service department. We want our car fixed and a full refund for the warranty and oil for life that we paid for that we were scammed out of because of his own employees. We followed the recommendations that we paid for and now we are out of car. Terrible customer service! Will not return phone calls, Josh the GSM will not take calls from us, Jim the GM will not reach out to us, Stacy Hamilton was no help and rude! SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THAT HAS NOW LEAD TO US HAVING TO PURSUE LEGAL ACTION TO FIND A RESOLUTION…. More

Came through on his promises, and the dealership and other salespeople all helped out where needed. We came to Alan Webb on our vacation after researching 2014 pricing through out the state. By far Alan Webb was the easiest to work with. We made all the arrangements via phone prior to our trip from Central Washington to Vancouver, found no surprises when we arrived at the dealership and they were true to their word on all issues. We were in and out of there in 2 hours-it would have been less time, but we were surprised that the truck had leather instead of cloth interior and we had to 'think about that'. No problem on their part, we just assumed at the great price we were quoted that it was for cloth seats. We drove the truck home and love it and the leather seats! Thank you Chandler and Alan Webb. We highly recommend this dealership to others. More

Good prices, but deceptive and dishonest salesmanship Check quoted prices for hidden disclaimers and qualifiers. Get things in writing because these guys will tell you what you want to hear to get you in Check quoted prices for hidden disclaimers and qualifiers. Get things in writing because these guys will tell you what you want to hear to get you in the cubicle. Wanted to buy a Cruze, LT trim. Walked in and salesperson immediately started encouraging me to look at a loss leader (assuming) LS base model that was an amazing price. After driving both LT and LS I decided I could actually live with an LS if it was possible to get an upgrade to alloy wheels. Salesperson told me he was 90% sure that would be no problem. He mentioned I might have to kick in a "small amount" to do that. Several times during my first visit the salesperson mentioned the amazing price of $12,500 for the specific LS. Too good to be true? Probably, but he mentioned it multiple times. Spoke with him in his office and we talked about pricing on that car and an LT. While pricing the LT, he asked me if we were USAA (military insurance) members. I said no and he explained that being a member qualifies one for a $750 discount. No mention that the $750 had to be ADDED to the price he quoted me on the LS. I left telling him I needed to discuss with my wife with the complete belief that we could buy that car for $12,500. We both came back four hours later with the intention to buy for that price - the only negotiation I intended was for the alloy wheels and I was perfectly willing to pay a "small amount" to make that happen. Met with the same salesperson. Immediately asked him if he still had the red Cruze for $12,500. "Yep, $12,500" (Mind you, this is AFTER I had told him I was not a member of USAA) Once we went in to the office his tune about the wheels was 180 out from four hours prior -- I would have to pay full amount for wheels and that they were $500 apiece. I balked a bit based on his earlier "90% promise" and he went to check with his manager. Came back and price for wheels was now $280 but I would still have to pay full amount. But the bigger problem was that he started writing numbers down and started with a base price of $13,250 vs $12,500. What?? It was not until then that he told me that the $750 discount had to be added back in to the price he had quoted me (multiple times). After one more round of negotiation (told him my bottom line which was the $12,500 plus $1000 for alloy wheels) and he came back from the boss with a sarcastic "no way", I knew we were done and my wife and I walked out with our heads held high. The really sad thing about this whole experience is that it really was a good deal, even at a base price of $13,250 and no alloy wheels -- if the salesperson had been honest me from the outset there is a high probability we would have purchased that car. But I don't do business with outright dishonest people or businesses - I will go somewhere else that is honest from the start and maybe have to pay a few hundred more. Oh well - I guess they will have that red Cruze for the weekend so they can cajole other unsuspecting saps into the sales cubicles with it. More

It was the exact car I would have ordered and it had the lowest price. I had never driven this model and Mike Woods let us take a nice long test drive. The car sold itself. The car is sensational and Mike was great to work with. This is the first time I actually enjoyed the process of purchasing a new car. More
