After the two visits the wife and daughter had to the dealership I still spent two hours waiting for paperwork to sign. The end result the daughter has a new car, hopefully dependable for all her college needs. It is a Chevrolet THE BEST VEHICLE ON THE ROAD! The deal didn't turn out as well as originally thought. A. While finalizing the deal they asked if my daughter was a VET, of course she's not so they added $795.00 dollars back into the cost. They failed to tell them that yesterday. B. The 2000 Saturn Vue we purchased a couple years ago used from Alan Webb Chevrolet is only worth $400.00 trade in and they don't want it. We still owe $1500. on it. C. I asked about the break in period and was told there isn't one. We use, and named some kind of oil they use and said 5,000 or so miles. They said OnStar reports to the service department the mileage and we will call you for the oil changes. OnStar runs out in three months so for this service we would have to pay a monthly fee to continue. D. Niles our sales person was friendly, courteous, kind and worked hard to expedite this transaction. He gave my daughter a tank of gas as long as we give him a good review. So I give him a great review, he did good. More

My trade in of a 2006 SUV with a 'Re-Built' title keep the transaction from being fast;I came in with per-determined boundaries of $ for the trade-in, make, model, MPG; style, color, and would not tolerate any sales 'gamesmanship' or 'up selling', ie warranties. Not only were those requirements met, all were friendly, helpful, and some added bonuses were put into place, so the high rating is deserved. I overlooked the outside parking issues for the end result was/is what matters. More
