Good Job The service department at Alan Jay Nissan does a nice job. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than preferred but the lounge area is comfortable and The service department at Alan Jay Nissan does a nice job. Alan jay Nissan sucks Our 2015 Nissan rouge cought fire in the engine compartment and we do not want that piece of xxxx car back so we filled a lemon law on it and they wan Our 2015 Nissan rouge cought fire in the engine compartment and we do not want that piece of xxxx car back so we filled a lemon law on it and they wanted us to pay 2,000 to give it back its dirty and not to mention when we where there my dad was talking on the phone and the sales manager took the phone right out of my dads hands this place is bad news alan jay needs to pack up and go back to Miami where he came from never will I ever buy anything from his dealership never plus they keep having tow trucks come bye my house looking for the car the car only had 15,000 miles on it and it spent most of its life in the shop being repaired More

Best Experience! As a first time car buyer I was a little nervous about not only buying but also dealing with the possibility of pushy salesman. Jonathan was excellent, and that is underselling him! He was easy to talk to, friendly, knowledgable and just overall so easy to work with.
