The Service Department directed by Jeremy is incredible, his Service Writers are professional and honest. The Sales Department is Awesome, always professional and courteous. Awesome!! My Pathfinder was giving me issues due to faulty repairs from other dealerships around town. I initially went in and only dealt with the service cente My Pathfinder was giving me issues due to faulty repairs from other dealerships around town. I initially went in and only dealt with the service center mostly Jeremy and John. Not once did any of the guys make me feel like a nuisance. They offered me a ride to work everyday and always gave me a call before doing any repairs with an explaination and price. Their amazing customer service is why when I was ready I went back to this dealership to buy a new car. Patrick is an awesome salesman. He answered every question I had, was knowledge and informative. Everyone from the service center, salesmen, cashier, sales manager to the finance manager have awesome customer service. They were all personable and made the entire process easy and painless for me. I highly recommend Alan Jay Nissan in Sebring!! More

Good Job The service department at Alan Jay Nissan does a nice job. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than preferred but the lounge area is comfortable and The service department at Alan Jay Nissan does a nice job. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than preferred but the lounge area is comfortable and there's a special room for kids. Definitely don't mind coming here for my Altima's services. More

Alan jay Nissan sucks Our 2015 Nissan rouge cought fire in the engine compartment and we do not want that piece of xxxx car back so we filled a lemon law on it and they wan Our 2015 Nissan rouge cought fire in the engine compartment and we do not want that piece of xxxx car back so we filled a lemon law on it and they wanted us to pay 2,000 to give it back its dirty and not to mention when we where there my dad was talking on the phone and the sales manager took the phone right out of my dads hands this place is bad news alan jay needs to pack up and go back to Miami where he came from never will I ever buy anything from his dealership never plus they keep having tow trucks come bye my house looking for the car the car only had 15,000 miles on it and it spent most of its life in the shop being repaired More

Jonathan was excellent, and that is underselling him! He was easy to talk to, friendly, knowledgable and just overall so easy to work with.
