Justinsrox, We are disappointed that things didn't work out better for you, as you know we consistently focus on customer service (as can be seen by reading our other customer reviews) and our goal is to provide a world class experience for all of our guests. We apologize that your experience seems to not be on par with the rest of our clients. We did perform some work on the Rogue and you were billed appropriately for the work performed, unfortunately filing for Lemon law protection does not nullify an existing service charge. We hope that Nissan USA and your father are able to come to an agreement regarding the Rogue. We have two clearly labelled tow trucks in this area and it is possible that we just happen to have other clients in your area that we were assisting...we do not have any information about any of the other tow truck operators in our area or why they may have been driving by your house. In closing, we wish you well and hope that at some point we are able to serve you in some way.
