Took my car in for an oil change but the belt was squeaking so I asked them to check it out. They ended up giving me a rental as the master mechanic was not there on a Saturday. There was no chare for the lender car and it was a sweet car and no mileage penalty; which is wonderful because I drive seeing patients and I live in Okeechobee. I had the car from Saturday to Wednesday pick my up and it is running fine. They guys are awesome there. More

Service We were from Michigan one vacation when our change oil and rotate tire light came on. John in service department was very nice and willing to help. They got us in with in hours of our phone call and offered transportation back to my parents home. They even alerted us that we did not have a cabin filter at all. Neither time when it was serviced at home did anyone say anything about not having a cabin filter. Thank you for alerting us.. First of all sales associate was great her name was Brandi but the management there is horrible let me just say I'f your credit isn't the best you get First of all sales associate was great her name was Brandi but the management there is horrible let me just say I'f your credit isn't the best you get swept under the rug and don't get a phone call back and they for sure are not honest also when they run your credit expect them to run it through several different banks even after you are very clear about the fact that you don't want that done ...and they assure you it will only be two banks !!!!to sum it up STAY AWAY!!!!! Horrible experience we we're returning customers also 3 yrs ago purchased there no problems!!! They for sure have went DOWN HILL!!!! More
