This dealership quoted me at 4600 dollars because they seen we did work to the catalytic converters. They said they were clogged but a friend came and did a so called xero point reset and it fixed the pro seen we did work to the catalytic converters. I was told we would be charged 164 for the diagnostic check but the bill was over 194.00 they said they charged us for refilling fluids. I didn't ask for them to be refilled or did I expect them to be refilled for some one to hook up a computer cable to do a diagnostic check. I honestly believe they didn't check anything. They just seen we didn't tighten the bolts we took loose on one side but I told them we didn't do the other side .they said it was the other side that was bad. But yet when a friend came a did a zero point reset it fixed the problem and saved me 4600. This dealership is a complete ripoff. They did nothing but they to scam me. More

Bought a 2020 Chevy Malibu February 2023 with about 60,000 miles on it . Next day read my gauges and notications on my dash and the car told me it had 0% oil life ( sold a car to me with no oil in it ) 60,000 miles on it . Next day read my gauges and notications on my dash and the car told me it had 0% oil life ( sold a car to me with no oil in it ) and the air filter was as dirty as can be .. then fast forward to MAYBE 6months later and my car just breaks down on my omw to work . Tow it back to Alan jay they tell me I new a new engine , that metal was found in my engine due to having no oil .. mind you they have 2 or 3 free oil changes after hearing about selling me the car with no oil in it .. okay car sits for 6 months at Alan jay while I saved money to get it fixed . Now I have it a year later and the transmission takes a xxxx on me .. I’ve called and tried to talk to people at Alan jay nissan and I get no call back .. More
