Was at the dealership for a scheduled oil change. Work was completed in a timely manner. A warranty item was discovered during the visit and the repair was completed by afternoon the following day. I called ahead to look at a truck. I was told that it would be ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. Long story short, after 1.5 hours and many excuses as to why the truck was I was told that it would be ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. Long story short, after 1.5 hours and many excuses as to why the truck was not here to drive the salesman finally pulled the truck up. Clearly it was just detailed as it was dripping wet. The kicker was that when I sat in the driver's seat I noticed a check engine light on! This was a $32,000 truck that they dragged me along 1.5 hours to see. Then they bring it to me with a check engine light and never once thought it would be appropriate to tell me! I immediately got out of the truck and walked out. Such a waste of my time. I drove 40 miles away to a different dealer and bought the same model/year truck. I will never shop here again and never recommend them. Such a dishonest bunch of people. Logic tells me that they had been trying to service the truck to get the check engine light off while I waited as they fed me xx lines. More
