I am getting tired of scheduling an oil change and nothing else but without my knowledge, something is added to that. Usually it is either tire rotation or windshield wipers. This has happened MANY ti nothing else but without my knowledge, something is added to that. Usually it is either tire rotation or windshield wipers. This has happened MANY times in the past. Then they want me to pay for the extra. WELL, I don't pay for more than what I scheduled. Plus, when I get the reminder sheet for the scheduled oil change below in VERY SMALL letters it states also tire rotation. THIS IS DISHONEST AND IN MY OPINION AL SERRA REPAIR DEPT. IS DISHONEST. I have also had more work done than I had brought my vehicle in for, again, without my knowledge until I received the bill. Plus, I had some work done and less than a month later the same problem arose and the answer was, we can change all the other parts for $450. They never checked to see if the original repair had gone bad. I doubt that I will receive any feedback from my comment but I will wait and see. Howard Morton hmorton46@comcast.net More
