We were unable to get the proper value so LeAnn called over the manager and they said they'd give me 7,000 for my jeep and they would honor it no matter what the actual trade in value was! The following day when the trade in value was lower than the 7,000 they honored what they said and gave me 7,000! LeAnn was absolutely fantastic in helping! More
