Well cared for by Service Associate I was well treated at the time of my visit. The service associate doing my service intake was extremely helpful and went out of his way to track down I was well treated at the time of my visit. In doing this I was not required to pay anything out of pocket. He really went the extra step for me. More

All in all I was happy but some improvements are needed on time to finish. Took me 1 1/2 hrs for a oil change and tire rotation. Service Department gave incorrect information about my extended warranty. I was told I would have to pay for an added tire rotation which is covered under my ToyoGuard Platinum plan. I came in for a possible needed tire patch. Service person said there is a nail too close to wall. Cant patch. Need new tire. New tire is $275. I said no thanks. Put tire back on. Service person said t person said there is a nail too close to wall. Cant patch. Need new tire. New tire is $275. I said no thanks. Put tire back on. Service person said they have to put spare on not safe to drive with tire. I asked to see the tire and the nail. Service person came back 1 minute later and said its fine you can drive it, its ready. Dont need spare. Went to costco and they patched it no problem. Nail was not near tire wall. I believe I was being taken advantage of and this dealer should be ashamed, betting that I'm desperate enough to fall for this. More
