Carlos, the Sales Manager, used all sorts of unethical, unscrupulous tactics, including reneging on a previously negotiated purchase price. Fidel and Eduardo get 10 stars for going above and beyond. Management and finance were deceptive. They were unethical and when called out on it blamed ME! I went to a Honda dealer in Glendale and save 16k on EXACT same car. I’m a business owner and hate to even write this. But our business is always about people and relationships over profits. Life has been hard enough these last few years, why take advantage of people. 16 k may be a good 1 time profit but honesty, empathy and morals is priceless and will keep people coming back. More

I filled out a credit application online and spoke with Edwardo as a salesman to purchase a 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid from out of state. First, he told me I would have to come into the dealership to purchas Edwardo as a salesman to purchase a 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid from out of state. First, he told me I would have to come into the dealership to purchase. I told him I have purchase my last three vehicles from out of state. I asked to speak with a manager and was told one would call me back. A week later, and I still have not received a call. I followed up today to be told the same thing; a manager would call me back. I stated I didn’t want to wait another week. I was put on hold and then told I would need a 800 score to finance a vehicle. I am already pre-approved at two other dealers, this dealership just had better pricing. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. BUY SOME WHERE ELSE. More

Took my car in for a TSB, got it back in with more problems Took my car in for a TSB. Turned out to be a frustrating experience from 3 days in the shop. Watched tech drive my car out of the dealership, not slowing down for a set of speed bumps. Sure enough, when I got my car back I can tell my alignment was off. Instead of having the Honda shop look into it, since they already lost my trust, I decided to take it to an independent alignment shop on my own. Turns out I had to take my car to 2 different alignment shops to get it right. As part of the work, they had to perform an oil change. I checked the oil level afterwards and they grossly over-filled it. I decided to drain the excess oil myself. They over-filled between 3/4 and 1 quart's worth, which is unacceptable. Also found a new minor scratch by my hood since the work was done. My Service Advisor told me he would call me the next day to let me know if my car is ready. Never heard from him so I called. Turns out he was on vacation. Why didn't he or someone else inform me? The next time I saw him he must've just gotten off a contentious phone call because right away he was very bitter toward me, talking to me in a harsh, raised voice. When I asked him if he was okay he did a 180º and corrected his attitude from there on. When I informed the Service Mgr about my alignment she gave me an unacceptable excuse. Instead, if I were her, I would be receptive towards the customer's complaint and at least offer an apology for my inconveniences. Experiences such as this is exactly why I am very apprehensive when deciding to entrust my car to a shop. I will not be taking my car here ever again. More
