Alvin is THE man. No not "the man" you slave away at work for everyday, but the man that can hook it up! All the salespeople at the other Honda dealerships were yanking me around, feeding me a whole ton of B for everyday, but the man that can hook it up! I emailed him and he said "I'll give you an Si coupe with navigation at invoice." Thats it! End of story! No gimmicks! He didn't make any optional accessories "standard features," like some other guys do, so they can trick you into buying them. He is extremely honest, upfront, and all business. The check engine light came on my 2008 Honda. Larry Palmer found the gas cap loose and had his mechanic reset the computor for me at no charge. Finally a dealer that doesn't rip you off! I am a first time car buyer and my experience with Alvin was very good. He made sure he took his time and was as detailed as possible when it came to explaining the terms and conditions of the contract and was very good.
