I decided to go with LX instead of VP because I got a very good deal. This was my first time car purchasing and he helped me understanding all the procedure and made it a lot easier for me. He explained everything in the car and he even himself dropped the car at my place when I bought it. He has great work ethics, good communicator and very friendly. My husband and I just leased a 2011 Honda Civic sedan LX S. We were very happy with our overall experience with the dealership and especially Alvin. From the moment I first e-mailed the dealership to get a quote, I feel I was given the best price. I didn't have to negotiate back and forth which is the way it should be. I have had experience with leasing several cars and generally spend hours at the dealership while the sales person gives me their "best price" and then has to go to talk to the manager each time we discuss a new price. Give me the best deal up front and don't play games - that is what Alvin did. I e-mailed/called 4 other dealerships and most of them were shocked when I told them the quote from I had received. Two of the dealerships told me they couldn't even match the price. One of the other dealerships originally quoted a price $2,000 higher than Airport Marina Honda. When I later talked to the other dealer and told them the quote from Airport Marina, the sales person said she could get me the same deal and had the color I wanted in stock without even checking or working through the numbers. I told her to e-mail me with the numbers and confirm she had the car in stock. Of course it turned out she couldn't match the price and didn't have the car in stock. It would have been a waste of time to drive to the other dealership. We originally wanted a different color which Marina Airport didn't have in stock, but Alvin was very diligent in trying to find the specific color at another dealership. While at the dealership Alvin was very straightforward and forthcoming with the pricing. We felt very comfortable that we were buying the car we wanted for the best price. We are happy with our new car. More

When he approached me at the dealership, he was extremely friendly and provided me with excellent customer service. We test drove the car I was interested in, and he reiterated that he could get me the vehicle I wanted if it was not currently at the dealership. Additionally, he was extremely thorough in explaining the various trims and options that were available. This type of service meant a lot to me and other dealerships (including other Honda locations)were not always as friendly or helpful. I truly appreciate Mr. Thomas' willingness to work with me and the positive attitude he maintained throughout the process. I left the dealership with a brand new vehicle, and I could not be happier. After my purchase, Mr. Thomas followed up with me within 24 hours to make sure I was still satisfied. The follow-up service is exceptional as several check-in calls were made to me regarding my interest and purchase. Lastly, Mr. Thomas worked with me to get the price that I wanted! I had a bottom-line and he respected my limits, yet introduced me to other great possibilites. This is by far the worst dealer I have ever been to. I got a quote through upromise.com stating that this dealer has a great price. I spoke with him and gave him the specific specification of what I was looking for. It was for a 2011 Accord EX-L V6 with no nav. I also gave him the color that I was looking for. He told me that there are lots of them on the lot. There is no problem at all. We even agreed on the out the door price. I showed up next day around 12:30 p.m. with my parents to test drive the car. It took him awhile to come out to meet me. He took my parents and I around the lot looking for the car. I should've known at that point that something was wrong. He couldn't find the car with the specs that I told him. He went back to the other side to bring another car around to drive us to the other end of the lot. In the end, the car that I wanted was not on the lot. Still, I test drove the car with my spec in addition to the nav in the car. It was a smooth ride. When we came back, he started to fill out the paper work. That's the second mistake he made. There was no car on the lot and he was taking forever to try to track down another car from another dealer. In the meantime, he was trying to push the car that I test drove. I told him that I didn't want it unless it's the same price that we had agreed on. He gave me a look like I was crazy. I told him that why would I want to buy a car with features that I didn't want. I wasn't going to bulge on it. He continued to try to contact other deals for an exchange. At the same time, he was still trying to push the paperwork through. He finally found another car to exchange with another dealer. It was going to take another 90 minutes for it to be delivered. I should've known better and walked out. He said that it's not going to be a problem. He even told my family and I to grab some lunch and come back. I gave him one more chance....and left to go eat. While at the restaurant, I called him to ask him what the backup plan would be if I didn't like it. He said that I can walk away. I asked him for another car to be brought in just in case. He said that was no possible. I told him that he better be right that I'll be happy with the car. When I came back from lunch, he was nowhere to be found. Instead, I was introduced to another internet sales manager. By then, I was very upset. He knew that fact that I was coming back and yet he still decided to leave for an errand. On top of that, the car was not ready. I test drove the car and was not happy with the handling. I told the new car that I was not happy with it. That's when Eric decided to come back from his errands. He didn't even bother to stop by to check in with us to see how the car was. I told him I want another car. It was already 7:00 p.m. by then. I have been a the dealer for over 6 hours. The internet sales manager wen to discuss with Kenry Ford, sales manager. They came back together to find out what's wrong with the car. I told that the gas pedal and the brakes were stiff. The handling was also bad. The manager said if he could have the service department to take a look at it tomorrow or another day after I purchase the car. I told him that is ridiculous. There's no way I would buy a car if I'm not comfortable with him. He told me to be realistic and not listen to my heart and my gut feeling. I asked him if he would sit in the car knowing that the car is not right. He said that it would be ok if it's only for one night or a few days. I asked him if he can guarantee the car with full money back. He was getting upset that I was being unreasonable. I told him to look for another car for me. I also told him that I have been at the dealer for over 6 hours and it shouldn't even take this long. They gave me there business car and I told them to call me when they find my car. To top it all off, the business car that Henry Ford, the sales manager gave me, was not even official. He took an old business card, put white out on it, and then put his name on it. That's so dishonest. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. It was a waste of my time and family time. More
