Sunil in service went above and beyond after the sale to help me get a key programmed — something most dealers wouldn't even entertain once the paperwork is signed. And John Harmond, the General Sales Manager, was so transparent and easy to work with that the entire purchase felt smooth, clear, and even enjoyable. I visited several dealerships, including Cadillac stores, and none showed this level of professionalism or effort. My husband took my 2009 Honda Pilot in to have a key made for the car because we misplaced or lost the additional car key. He had to wait almost 3 hours to have it made. Since that’s our only car, he was n for the car because we misplaced or lost the additional car key. He had to wait almost 3 hours to have it made. Since that’s our only car, he was not happy about having to wait. Also when I called they told me it would cost about $200. When they finished and my husband got the bill, it was around $350. We should have gone to another locksmith that could make keys for Hondas! Not happy because it was a long wait and very expensive. More
