We love the style & design of the Accord Coupe. We went to Airport Honda to look for a used 2008 Accord Coupe. After meeting Greg & getting all the lease options info we were driving away with a 2011 went to Airport Honda to look for a used 2008 Accord Coupe. After meeting Greg & getting all the lease options info we were driving away with a 2011 Red Accord Coupe. I would've never thought that we would drive away with new Coupe. The whole experience was great. No pressure, no hassle. Greg asked us what we wanted. We told him. He gave us some options. Took us out to test drive a few Coupes. Then he let us talk on it. I tried another Honda dealer located in West Knoxville in the past & was very dissatisfied with their customer service. But not at Airport Honda! They went above and beyond to find the one and only Civic SI that I wanted. They didn't have one on the lot or even in Knoxville for that matter but they went out of their way to find my white 2011 Honda Civic SI Coupe. They knew I wouldn't settle for anything less and they never tried to persuade me otherwise! I thought the price would be more since they had to locate it and have it delivered but not at all! They actually gave me a great low price below MSRP and gave me a top dollar amount for my trade in. If you need a car Aiport Honda is the way to go! Excellent customer service! Great prices! I have received continuous excellent customer service from everyone at this dealership. I brought my new used car in a week after purchasing to have some options added to it, and I was put into a rental from everyone at this dealership. I brought my new used car in a week after purchasing to have some options added to it, and I was put into a rental car for the day. The service department arranged that for me immediately after I got checked in, and I barely had time to relax in the waiting area before the rental car service arrived. Honda covered the costs of the rental, too, which I very much appreciated. The service work was finished in a very reasonable amount of time, and I think a quality job was done. Everyone in the shop was very nice and pleasant (even on a rainy day). I made a last-minute request when I picked up my car - I'd bought a trunk liner and exhaust tip and asked if they could be installed right then and there before I left the shop. The guys in the service area (Dayton was particularly helpful) were all too happy to do those things for me, and they exceeded my expectations by not charging me for those quick installations since I had just bought my car. Normally taking a car in for service of any kind, even just an oil change, would annoy me, but, at Airport Honda, the service is fast and efficient and friendly. I have great expectations for my return visits to the dealership for service in the future. More

I originally went in to Airport Honda looking to trade my Toyota Corolla for a Honda Fit. I test drove the Fit as well as a Civic. I really liked the Fit, but the Civic worked better for my budget. Tom was my salesman, and he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was satisfied with my buying experience. Erick and Drew ensured that I was paying the right price and were able to get me a special rate through Honda Financial, which I assumed was nearly impossible because of my credit history. After I drove the car home, the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light came on. I immediately called Tom, and he told me to bring the car back to them the next day. I took the car in, but had to be back at work, so Tom gave me a ride back to my office. When they were done with my car, he personally drove my car back to my office for me, so I wouldn't have to leave work. He also said that they would put new tires on my car, as the ones that were on there had developed flat spots. I have never been treated so fairly by a dealership as I have by Airport Honda and Tom Strother. I would recommend them hands down to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle! More
