I just purchased a 2008 Honda Accord from Mark Morgan. He was very professional, knew what we wanted and helped us buy the pefect Honda Accord. Over the last few years we have bought two new Honda automobiles from Airport Honda. Kevin sincerely cares about his customers, goes the extra miles to be of assistance, and is very knowledgeable, reliable, patient, helpful, and pleasant to work with. The sales experiences and the follow-ups over the years have been first rate. We would not want to work with anyone else in a car buying situation. Kevin’s excellent after-sales support as our “go-to-guy,” along with the quality of the service department and our Hondas has made owning these vehicles a real pleasure. We went shopping for a number of different makes and models of cars with their end of 2010 deals. This was the only dealership that actually offered what advertised on TV, radio, internet, etc. Everyo models of cars with their end of 2010 deals. We were extremely satisfied with the price offered the first time. No time was wasted with higher offers and trying to talk down as with other dealerships. Our Sales Consultant, Floyd Glenn, never pressured us or made us feel uncomfortable. We felt like we were in control through the whole process. WE BOUGHT THIS CAR ,SIGHT UNSEEN ON THURSDAY 23 DEC 2010. WE ALSO ORDERED BODY SIDE MOULDING,A SUNROOF DEFLECTOR AND AN EXHAUST FINISHER AT THAT TIME. ON MONDAY 27 DEC 2010. THE DEALERSHIP CALLED AND SAID OU WE ALSO ORDERED BODY SIDE MOULDING,A SUNROOF DEFLECTOR AND AN EXHAUST FINISHER AT THAT TIME. ON MONDAY 27 DEC 2010. THE DEALERSHIP CALLED AND SAID OUR CAR HAD ARRIVED AND WE COULD COME PICK IT UP. MY HUSBAND TOLD THEM WE COULD NOT COME BEFORE THURSDAY OR FRIDAY. WE CAME TO PICK UP THE CAR ON THURSDAY 30 DEC AND OUR CAR WAS STILL IN THE BAY HAVING THE SUNROOF DEFLECTOR PUT ON AND WAS TOLD THAT THE WRONG COLOR OF BODY SIDE MOULDING WAS ORDERED AND THE EXHAUST FINISHER WAS NOT THERE, COULD WE BRING IT BACK NEXT WEEK TO HAVE THOSE ITEMS PUT ON. WE SAID OF COURSE. WHEN WE GOT THE CAR HOME, WE NOTICED THE SUN ROOF DEFLECTOR WAS SHODDILY DONE, THE LIP WAS NOT ALL THE WAY DOWN AGAINST THE ROOF,SO WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THAT DONE THE FOLLOWING WEEK AS WELL. WHEN WE TOOK IT BACK THE NEXT WEEK, THEY FIXED THE SUN ROOF, PUT ON THE CORRECT BODY MOULDING BUT LEFT OFF THE EXHAUST FINISHER, SO MY HUSBAND HAD TO TAKE IT BACK YET AGAIN. WHEW! More

Greg (salesman) was very knowledgable about the features of the Honda vehicles and also of competitor's vehicles. He was friendly and patient as I test drove several different Honda makes and models.
