When I select a vehicle I like to look at several with different amenities. I have left several lots because of salesman's demanding questions, such as "I can't help you if you don't tell me what you want." I pulled onto the Airport Honda lot after a long work day and an hour at the gym. All I wanted to do was glance at a few cars, get some ideas and go home. After looking at three very different things Jeremy asked "Can you give me an idea of what you're looking for?" I thought "Here it comes." I am embarrassed to say I was very short with him as I said I was not sure what I was looking for. I would have to look around and see. His response, which won me over, "I understand. There's a lot to choose from. Let me know if there is something you want to look at and we'll open it up." I ended up buy a car that night. When I signed my paperwork the next morning I shared I prefer to have regular service done at the dealership. He had already made the sale but still took time to walk me back to the service department, introducing me to the staff I might be dealing with when I come in. If it is not obvious by now, I had a great buying experience. I would recommend this dealship and send my friends Jeremy's way any time. More

We came to Airport Honda to find a good,used crv for our 2 college kids to share. When the car we came to test drive didn't meet our expectations, Gary helped us narrow down our choices and facilitated a de 2 college kids to share. We got our Honda CR-V from Airport Honda, mainly because they have some discount right after a hail storm. The other Honda dealer in town would not lower the prices but repair the cars. Kevin Coffman is by far the best sales representative that I have ever dealt with, and at 65 years old, there have been many. He goes way beyond selling you a car in ways too numerous to list here. This time around, Chuck even adapted to our schedule (came in on his off-hours) so he could help us find a vehicle that satisfied our needs. We were amazed that Chuck remembers so much about his previous customers and already had an idea of what was important to us in a car. We were considering several makes of vehicle in the same class and ended up visiting several dealerships. We chose an Accord because it edged out the others on the features that we were looking for. We chose Airport Honda because we had a good experience the previous time we bought from them. This time was no different -- Chuck, the sales manager, and the finance guy were all very pleasant to work with. After we closed the deal, made the purchase and were ready to take delivery, Chuck took the extra time and care to make sure that we were completely familiar with and satisfied with all the features of our new vehicle. Chuck's one of those guys you wanna keep going back to because he makes the shopping and buying experience pleasant. That's why I keep his card handy. More

I was treated very well at this dealership- there was great customer service and I love my car I just bought! My only complaint is in time efficiency. Although the vehicle we were searching for is in high demand and hard to find, once we found it, John gave us a good demo of all the features and allowed each of us to test drive it while listening to our input about the pros and cons. Once the decision was made to purchase, he knowledgeably helped us add the features we wanted. We have owned Honda's for about 20 years now. This is our third. So we are very satisfied with Honda. The service department here is excellent, always clean and friendly. Work is usually completed while I wait. Thanks for a great buying experience! More
