I originally met Russ Wakeman a few months ago when we stopped in the dealership just looking at cars. We were not ready to buy yet but knew that we would be and were shopping around to see what was out stopped in the dealership just looking at cars. He showed us the car and explained what options were available. He was available without being pushy. Russ took our names and called periodically to ask how we were doing - I never felt like he was pushing us, he was just keeping himself in my mind. When we were ready to buy of course we went to Russ. He was helpful in our decision making process and our final purchase.
