Airport Honda

I had brought my van in to have the timing belt, spark plugs, and the oil changed. I also needed a panel on the side of the driver's side seat fixed. It was there that I met Scott. We had already spoken on the phone and he had called to let me know that he had a loaner car for me. He was very professional, courteous, and personable and called if there was ever a change in the cost of what he had estimated before. The loaner car was a Honda Accord and it drove like a dream. When I returned to pick up my van, I was greated by Scott hisnwith a, "Hi, Ms. Fuller." It was so nice to be treated like a person and not just a number or a make and model number. Scott was truly the best and I will be recommending to everyone I know to deal with him when they take their vehicles to Airport Honda. Bravo to Scott Moore! More

Jim did a great job getting my requirements for the car I was looking for. He helped me narrow down my selection by test driving various vehicles. I found that this dealership had the ex-l, which I was looking for, and even in black, like my wife wanted, and did not add the LOA fee. I gave as accurate description of my car as I could, and they quoted me a very fair trade in price, without seeing my car. Mr. Davis really is the person you hear on the phone, which seems to good to be true. Traveled to knoxville, completed the deal as discussed on the phone, shown all the features of the car by Mr. Davis, filled car up with gas, and we were thanked and sent on our way to Ky. I had a voice mail on my phone when we got home, Mr. Davis wanting to see how our trip home was. I would say that my experience with Mr. Davis and Air Port Honda would be an 11 out of 10. These men gave me their cell phone numbers and I am impressed that I was welcomed by both of them to call at any time with any questions I might have about the car. I wanted a manual transmission car. They searched and got me the car in the color, both outer and interior, that I wanted the very next day. In fact, they were calling me that very afternoon of the day that I first visited the dealership. I would recommend this dealership and these two men to anyone thinking of buying a new or used car.
