My recent Acura purchase at Airport Honda was a very positive experience. I had not purchased a vehicle from a dealership in several years, and even then I made a selection and someone else dealt with positive experience. Well this experience was all on me, start to finish to make decisions, and I ultimately wanted to feel very positive about my decision. I located the car on the internet, contacted Floyd to do some research - it was used and I wanted him to find out where it came from, one owner, maintenance records, etc. He quickly got the information, and the same day I visited the dealership for a test drive. I really liked the Acura, and the process started for negotiation, financing, etc - I was really nervous, not really sure what I was doing. The experience went well, I felt like I was treated fairly, not taken advantage of in any area of the transaction. LeMarcus was great to help me get the car home that I drove to the dealership, and it was very late when everything was finalized. Also, the agreement included a missing disc for the navigation system. Floyd stayed on top of that, I have my disc! For the future I would recommend Floyd to friends and family for a new or used car purchase! More

My experience was great at Airport Honda. I had been to all the other Honda dealers in the area. Airport got my business for several reasons: 1) Gene was a great sales consultant. He was attentive, per all the other Honda dealers in the area. Airport got my business for several reasons: 1) Gene was a great sales consultant. He was attentive, personable and well informed about the vehicle in which I was interested. He made me feel like I was his only client and he really wanted to help me purchase the new vehicle I wanted. He gave me an AWESOME deal. He respected I had done my research and didn't try to "fool" me. In addition, he was willing to help me find a used vehicle for my husband in his price range and with all the features he wanted. He understood to keep my business he had to make us both happy and that's what he did. 2) Sherry Riggs was great too. She worked hard to make sure I received the best interest rate and saved me a considerable amount of money in the long term. 3) All the staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. 4) The dealership was clean and comfortable. Out of the all the dealerships I visited, Airport Honda's staff was the friendliest and seemed to be the most genuine, they offered the best deal on two cars, they made the finance process easy and low pressure....it was just overall a great experience! The dealership is further from home than another local dealer but I'm really considering driving the extra distance to have our cars serviced there because of this exceptional experience. Floyd Glenn was very familiar with all of the features of the Honda Civic EX-L. He was very thourough during demonstration and sale.
