I was in the market for a certified, used Honda Odyssey after being a multiple Chrysler minivan owner over the last 20 years. I found a promising Odyssey on the internet at Airport HOnda, 2 1/2 hrs. from m after being a multiple Chrysler minivan owner over the last 20 years. I found a promising Odyssey on the internet at Airport HOnda, 2 1/2 hrs. from my NC hometown. I exchanged emails with Floyd Glenn about the van, features, and price. Calling back the next morning, Floyd was 'off' so I talked with Jim Davis about seeing the vehicle with my husband. We arrived at the dealership to 'red carpet' treatment. Jim was very friendly, easy to talk with (tho' he is a UT fan...), extremely knowledgeable about the Odyssey, and efficient with the ensuing paperwork. He had the vehicle 'gassed up' and in perfect condition, and even pointed out a tiny paint imperfection on one door handle (the car's only flaw). Jim spent several hours with us showing us how to operate all the van's features and easily & patiently answered our questions. Throughout the process we were impressed with his honesty and forthright manner. As we drove home with our 'new' Odyssey, he called us just to see if we had any questions about the van's performance or operation. The next week, he sent a follow-up note just to say he was available if we had any concerns or questions and a week or two after that, we got a call from Floyd just to check on us and thanking us for our business. The whole car-purchase-out-of-state could not have gone any smoother and we would heartily recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a certified Honda. I tried another Honda dealer located in West Knoxville in the past & was very dissatisfied with their customer service. But not at Airport Honda! They went above and beyond to find the one and only Civic SI that I wanted. They didn't have one on the lot or even in Knoxville for that matter but they went out of their way to find my white 2011 Honda Civic SI Coupe. They knew I wouldn't settle for anything less and they never tried to persuade me otherwise! I thought the price would be more since they had to locate it and have it delivered but not at all! They actually gave me a great low price below MSRP and gave me a top dollar amount for my trade in. If you need a car Aiport Honda is the way to go! Excellent customer service! Great prices! We love the style & design of the Accord Coupe. We went to Airport Honda to look for a used 2008 Accord Coupe. The whole experience was great. No pressure, no hassle. Greg asked us what we wanted. We told him. He gave us some options. Took us out to test drive a few Coupes. Then he let us talk on it.
