Derek was an out-standing salesman. Very helpful and knowledgable of the Honda product. He gave us time to look around and asked us questions too. When delivering the vehicle, Derek explained every detail of my car purchase including the CRZ special features and how to use them. Airport Honda should be proud to have Derek as a member of there team. He's a definite asset!! We have had several dealings with Frank Cardwell and many many dealing with Chuck Percival. They are two of the most caring, pleasant men we have ever dealt with anywhere. The other local dealership simply doesn't care whethere they make a sale or not. Chuck will go out of his way for you. He calls afterwards to make sure you're happy and will do anything in his power to make sure the ordeal or buying a car, used or new is a happy experience. Frank handles the financial end of the entire deal and what a delightful man to deal with. Not pushy at all like so many in that role, and helps you to figure out what is best for your situation. Hopefully they'll stay there for many years to come. We bought a used car from them for our daughter and the seats happened to be wrong for her and by the third day she had such back pain she could barely walk. We called them, they said bring it back and we swapped out for another car. How many dealerships do you know that would do that for you? They went the extra mile which was so appreciated. They want to make sure you're happy and satisfied. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Chuck and Frank for everything you've done for us. More

I have been searching for a newer model low mileage van for my wife for two weeks. I tried everything, craigslist,news sentinal & evry used car sight I could think of. All that was out there in my price range (which was $7000.00) was newer and high milage or older high mileage. A good friend told me that Floyd Glenn had helped them and several of their friends. So I called Floyd and told him what I was looking for and what price range. Talking to Floyd was like talking to a friend not a "CAR SALESMEN" he made it easy for me to talk to him and did not try to push me into anything I could not afford or a peice of junk. He done some searching and came up with a 1 local owner 2004 fully loaded van with low mileage. With the free Carfax I learnd alot great information about this van. When I made the buying decision Floyd worked hard to get it in my price range. The van is so much nicer then we dreamed of having but it would not have been possible if not for Floyd. I highly recommend Airport Honda and Floyd to everyone. I have already passed my experience on to 2 of my friends that are in the market for a car. You would be wise to give these fine group of people a chance to help you find your dream vehicle. Happy customer Mike More

My wife and I came here just to look at cars, and even though they didn't initially have any cars we wanted, we were so impressed by how helpful Derek Smith was that we didn't look anywhere else. He explained a lot about every car we looked at, giving us the pros and cons of each one and helped us know what we could expect for our price range. A few days later we got a call that they'd just got a Saturn Vue in, and we went to look at it. Billy Morton showed it to us and was extremely helpful. Neither him nor Derek were pushy, but both made me want to buy a car from them by their honesty and kindness. We ended up buying the Vue, and are very happy with it. Everyone we worked with -- particularly Derek and Billy -- was so helpful that I hope to buy our next car from here as well. I've never been so happy with any car dealer before. The only thing that upset us was when we went to get financing, Frank seemed to just want us to sign everything he pushed at us without question, so we came out of his office scared we were getting ripped off or were going to get horrible financing. Everything ended up going through fine the way we wanted it, but we would have felt a lot better on buying day if he'd explained our financing better. Instead, the only way we found out anything was by asking him questions, which he seemed to try and avoid. Perhaps some of this was just because it was a Saturday and he said he couldn't know anything for sure until Monday when the bank was open. Overall though, our experience was very good, and like I said before, I hope to come back here next time we want to buy a car. More
I decided it was time to trade my car after driving it for 5 years. My sister had purchased a Honda from Airport Honda in 2003 and recommended that I look there first. I walked into the dealership looking to buy a used Civic but I had no intention of actually purchasing a vehicle that day. Russ Wakeman met me at my car and was friendly and eager to help. He helped me test drive two different civics but I just wasn't thrilled with the smaller size and drive of the vehicles. Russ then suggested I test drive a 2009 Honda Accord which I absolutely loved. We went into the dealership and after putting some numbers together, I purchased the 2009 Accord that evening. Trustin made sure that I got the best deal and Frank was great at helping with the paperwork and closing the deal. My decision to purchase the vehicle that day was due largely in fact to the stellar customer service I received at the dealership. After the purchase, both Russ and Trustin followed up with me to make sure I loved my vehicle. I plan on buying my next vehicle at Airport Honda! More
We shopped the other local Honda dealership and they would not work with us at all. They told us that due to a part shortage that they would stand firm on their price of a new Accord. We walked out and drove a few miles to Airport Honda. A total different experience, warm friendly greetings form Erik Foster and Chuck Perciful. I simply showed them the deal sheet from the other store and asked to beat it and we would drive a new Honda away from there. Well a couple of hours later we were rolling away in a fully loaded Accord EX-L for less than a stripped down base with leather from the other store.Chuck has called several times since our purchase just to check in and ask if we needed anything. We will always make Airport our first stop for the next new or used vehicle we purchase and they will do all the service on our Accord. And last but not least, our service experience for our oil change was quick and easy. Airport Honda sets the standard on customer service from start to finish. More
Everyone was kind enough when we visited Airport Honda. We were buying our first car (from a dealership), were low on cash up front, and were college students. They explained everything to us as if we did not know a thing about buying a car and tried to convince us that we would never be able to get what we asked for in the first place and so to just settle for something else. In the end we did walk out with a car, but only after coming back a few times. 1. Billy turned us over to Floyd because he was busy, but we really assume that he didn't want to deal with a couple of college kids who probably weren't going to buy the nicest of cars. 2. They really just cared about how much we made a month and our credit score, nothing else really mattered. 3. We were kept waiting for 4 hours the first time, when we needed to be somewhere else, and 3 hours the next time. 4. When we left the first time as soon as we walked out of the door we were called with an offer $100 less. 30 minutes later we were given an offer $50 less than the other offer. We wondered if this was just because we had actually walked out. 5. They did try a bunch of different banks for us, but the salesman (Floyd) did not communicate well with the finance manager (Frank). Frank seemed to think that we were ready to sign on the dotted line for the car when we walked in, sat down, filled out a credit app, and were not even shown ANY cars. Floyd told us that it would be a waste of our time if we got our hopes up by looking at a car only to find out that we couldn't get the financing for it. They just didn't communicate well. 6. When I got my dad to cosign with me Frank would NOT stop calling him. This did not matter if he was at work, with a customer, sick in bed, or anything else. He just kept calling him because even though he sent the fax five times of his driver's license it somehow hadn't gotten to him, even though my dad had the proof piece of paper saying that it was received, or that it was blurry and other such nonsense. Look, the people are nice and I hope that this review doesn't make my bill suddenly jump up higher, but I wouldn't recommend them. They aren't terrible, but they do try to rush you, not let you think, get you exasperated, take up your time, and make you feel small. More
