I don't buy cars often and I rarely buy new although I have done it. So, I have some comparative experiences to use. This was not my best overall experience, but in the end, I got the car I wanted and was within $300 of the price I had determined I would pay. At one point, I was very frustrated with the process, but the salesman who was Lin Orr, made the difference for me. He understood I had done my homework, and didn't attempt to disrespect me with Sticker Price (which was $1k more than the internet price already) and bottom dollar for my trade. He did his job, and brought me that price in the beginning, but he sat on my side of the table when the other two managers tried to tell me the same thing. He did a good job and he's the reason I still purchased the car from Airport Honda when they called me back on Monday with a fair offer. The dealership left my gas tank empty when I picked up the car which was surprising and another reason for the overall just "ok" experience. More

However, Airport Honda has changed my attitude toward this with the great service I continue to receive from the hardworking, polite, and professional staff there. This was my second time working with Kevin Coffman since he helped me when I leased a new Civic almost three years ago, and today was the first time I have worked with Floyd Glenn. Both consultants are very easy to deal with and make the experience of having to buy a new car much more enjoyable! New car. Sure just what I need is a new car! Floyd called me and said that I should come look at the new Hondas. My civic is only 2 years old and I really didn't see the need to get a new car, b Floyd called me and said that I should come look at the new Hondas. My civic is only 2 years old and I really didn't see the need to get a new car, but Floyd has given me some great deals in the past so I agreed to stop by and "look". Took a test drive of the new civic...a little more pickup than my '12, better holding on the hills, nice backup camera. Handles as well as my 12 or maybe a smudge better. So we get back and I say...do your magic. A little later I'm looking at a deal that gets me a new car with 38000 fewer miles, and gap insurance and a lower payment than my old car. Bottom line, I like my new red civic...alot. More

He got us the best deal and wasn't a "pushy" salesman. I went in there already knowing what I wanted to look at, mh price range and what I could afford and that is what he showed me.
