I felt connected right away he was very down to earth and truly was listening to what I wanted and needed and above all stayed in my budget without trying to persuade me to go above my means. The salesperson, Marley Guzman helped me by answering any question I had about any aspect of the car. She was prompt in answering either emails or direct phone contact. If she could not answer a detailed technical question I had, she would quickly find someone with the answer. And, since the email quote MSPR did not match their in office MSRP we were able to work a great price that I really appreciated. And during the close, also personally meeting with the service advisor and the general sales manager was a pleasant surprise that they go that far to ensure all your questions are answered. More

All staff members involved were very professional. Marley is a jewel, young but by no means immature. The staff went out of their way to see that a requested addition was made to the title before the application was sent off and completed. This saved me a trip to the title bureau and a separate title fee. In every aspect this was an excellent buying experience. I came into the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted (answering an online add) and felt no pressure to buy anything different. More
