This was my first service for the car. My front tire had a nail. I understand they don't fix tires. But they switched it to back. Now I am going crazy looking for the nail at the front. James, the service representative, was awful to work with. We received word from the autobody shop that my car was ready but it was awaiting transport to the dealership. James kept telling us that it was ok for us to go directly to the autobody place but we kept being told that the autobody shop would not release the car to us. Had my fiance listened to James' instructions, he would have ubered to the shop to get the car. So finally, we were told to pick it up the following day, James and my fiance talked about a time in the afternoon but afterwards we received a text message from Toyota saying pick up the car the following day before 4 pm. So I went first thing in the morning, only to be told my car wasn't in the lot. GRR. I spoke to James and expressed my displeasure at him and his attitude was pretty much a shrug and a "I didn't intend for that." Well James, I don't care what you intended, do your job competently and own up to your mistakes. More

From the moment I drove into the service drive, I was greeted by a bubble girl. She said her name was Celine and she would be helping me. She sat me down, told me the exact services I’m getting, checked for recalls, and advised me how long, which she said under a hour. I got my car back in 47 minutes, and also was provided with a multipoint inspection with my paperwork, love that it tells me everything that is green. I saw the valles and they said the car would be right up, which 30 seconds later it was up and taking plastic off, which is so nice to stay clean. celine is an asset to the dealership and I won’t be going to anyone else but her. I can’t wait to see her in 5 months for my next service checkup! Thank you everyone at Toyota. More
