Mfon Durant was enthusiastic but failed to inform us about an unforseen $250.00 charge which Erinson explained to us that it was for plates at the time of submitting the check for final payment. I pointed out to Erinson that the color reflected on the document incorrectly shows BK (as in Black) whereas the actual color of the vehicle is GY (Gray). He xx me as said that that is because Gray is closest to Black. I work in Insurance so I know that is not correct. So I pointed this out to Mfon, who agreed with me and advised he will take steps to get this corrected with DMV. Mfon sometimes don't seem to know some things about the vehicle. When I pointed out to him the area where the jack is stored, he said it is computer wires. At last when we were about to take home the vehicle, Mfon asked for a tip, much to our dismay. More
