Before I visited Advantage Toyota, I checked the opportunity to purchase a car from 3 to 4 different dealers. When I came to Advantage, Toyota, I met Matthew Kass, and he introduced himself as a Sal opportunity to purchase a car from 3 to 4 different dealers. When I came to Advantage, Toyota, I met Matthew Kass, and he introduced himself as a Sales & Leasing Consultant. Within 5 minutes, he explained the difference between Toyota's car. Matthew explained to me the quality and advantages of the Toyota RAV 4, and I decided to purchase this car. Unfortunately, the store did not have a silver color Toyota RAV 4, and we decided to wait for it for two weeks. During the two weeks, Matthew constantly contacted and informed me about the possible days of my car delivery. The expected day for delivery had been changed from 2 weeks to 4 weeks, and it made me feel unhappy. But Matthew called me and promised to do his best to get a car earlier, and he did. Our total waiting time was only 2.5 weeks. Matthe met us in the store on Sunday, July 28, smiling, holding a key. He gave us time to see and check a car before we stopped at the financing office. Matthew did everything possible to make us a particular customer during all this time. I appreciate Advantage Toyota's sales staff and Matthew's excellent personality and culture. They took their time to show us the RAVA 2021 on 7/26 they couldn’t find the key and ended up showing us a different RAVA 2021. We returned on 7/28 to check the RAVA 2021. The purchase and finance proces they couldn’t find the key and ended up showing us a different RAVA 2021. We returned on 7/28 to check the RAVA 2021. The purchase and finance process took over 3 hours on 7/28. The process needs improvement. The customers don’t have a lot of time to be in a dealership. The time of the customer is very valuable and should be respected. The salesman was approachable and explained the sale to us. His computer was very slow. I am expecting to return for service and hopefully the service staff will be customer oriented. More
