My husband bought the car to get serviced at 8000 miles and they told me I needed a new oil change even though it was already just changed. Then they told him he needed a cabin filter. And cabin sanitizer and they told me I needed a new oil change even though it was already just changed. Then they told him he needed a cabin filter. And cabin sanitizer which is part of the maintenance. So, I didn’t want to have to pay for all of these things since it was not due at that time. I went to this appointment and it was due for the oil change but they told me that it’s not recommended to have the cabin filter changed or sanitized but, I need a tire alignment instead because of the way I pulled the car into the bay? Anyway, I told them that I was told part of maintenance was cabin filter and they say that was not true. My husband is a mechanic and he specifically brought the car in the first time, so he was not mistaken. I wound up paying for so many things on a one year old car. Not happy. More
