I brought my car in because the check engine light came on and an excessive amount of paint was peeling off of the hood. The check engine light issue was fixed during that time, and the paint was 'repaired'. The paint repair looks like it was done in the parking lot. The spots where the paint had chipped away are still very visible through the layer of paint they added on to patch it up, and there's also a small bug in the clear coat. I reached out to the dealership twice to speak to Patrick about it because I wasn't happy with the result, and spoke to Beverly both times because he was unavailable. Beverly took a message both times and said Patrick would call back, but he never called back. More
I am very pleased that you honored the warranties and replaced a bad engine. It took two months but gave me a loaner. All good there. However, I dropped off the car with an engine light that came on occasionally. It had no other issues. When I picked up the car. I drove it a mile before I had to brake. When I did the car shook violently. I was told that I needed new brakes and rotors. The car never shook violently, ever. And I replaced the front brake pads less than 6 months ago. So now I'm getting a brake job. If the car still shakes violently after the brake job I will be bringing back to Advantage to fix a problem that happened under your care. Otherwise, I'm am happy.
