I purchased my truck in Nov 2023 and I had a great experience. I spoke to Beverly when making my service appointment. However my experience when I went back to the dealership was absolutely awful. She was unpleasant, unprofessional and very rude. I attempted to seek assistance from Michael Kiely and even in his presence Erin had a hard time with being profitable and confine to attempt to ingage me in a aggressive manner. I have had my vehicle serviced here 2 times, paid for synthetic oil change for 7k miles, but my sticker count is always 3k and the digital count on my vehicle is also 3k. Am I paying for synthetic oil an synthetic oil change for 7k miles, but my sticker count is always 3k and the digital count on my vehicle is also 3k. Am I paying for synthetic oil and they are not reseting the sticker properly? Or am I paying for synethic oil and being given conventional oil? Please fix this practice because it causes confusion.
