I have owned my Santa Fe Sport for almost nine years since purchasing it new. It has been rock solid until the last year when it began burning up oil and fouling spark plugs. Keith in Service has been exceptional in notifying me of each step in the process and updating me from the moment I dropped it off. The only complaint was with the Hyundai process but otherwise the only other factor was not having a loaner available. I've had to purchase a rental on my own expense until the Hyundai process finally determined it was an engine that needed replacing. Dealership has been top notch, Keith and the mechanics in service worked on it in the time frame they told me and I couldn't be happier. Hope the engine gets done soon so I can continue to enjoy my Santa Fe Sport and hand it down to my son. After this experience, I've decided to purchase another Hyundai in the very near future. More
