From the intake at the bay with the staff to how they checked under the bonnet and filled any fluids if necessary to not having you wait outside the car to be checked in. Then when the service representative came over very prepared and professional did the walk around the vehicle and took the time to listen to my concerns and needs and let me decide. Then welcome coming into the service center , the technology advancement with watching my car being checked in live on the screen and the text letting me know I am checked in and that any issues or questions to reach out during the service time while I wait and not not hesitate. Invited to stay in the waiting room which was very clean and had lots of pantry items available and the television on an appropriate channel and volume Bathroom was clean and well kept and serviced regularly with the hour maybe 75 minutes I was there at least twice or more. Overall experience after being to multiple Hyundai service centers from the past with my various Hyundai vehicles in the past 13 years was amazing and refreshing. Also, apparently Erin was the only person allowed to deal with my car's repair and nobody else could deal with the Geico agent on May 12, her day off. At the same time Erin was relaying to me that Geico hadn't even gotten in touch with her. More
