Also complementary car (worth $20, as they claim) was just pathetic that the car wash dealer barely uses water & no soap at all. I don't want a complementary car wash anymore. This complementary car wash is just $10 worth to the maximum (as all of us knows). Why to fool the customers on that. Try to solve the problems. If character is lost everything is lost. More
