We were scheduled for 25K complimentary service which would include an oil change and tire rotation. When we booked the appointment for the 25K mile check up, (and we were getting NYS inspection) we were would include an oil change and tire rotation. When we booked the appointment for the 25K mile check up, (and we were getting NYS inspection) we were told it is complimentary, when we called to confirm the appointment, again we were told it was complimentary. When we picked it up, they said we owed $138 for the services, (Oil change and NYS inspection). They never rotated the tires as per the 25K mile inspection, and told us the complimentary services were not valid since we owned the car 3 years and 21 days. When scheduling we were not told that the appointment they gave us was outside the window of complimentary service. During the inspection they advised that since one of the tires was passable for NYS, but would need to be replaced in the future, they suggested replacing all 4 tires, we declined since they quoted a price well above normal price for the set, so they chose not to rotate the tires.
