So I went to the dealership with the same problem that I’ve had four years. My radio is not working properly. It doesn’t hook up with my phone. It doesn’t connect with my phone properly. I got a lovely lady in sales to sit in the car with me and work with me and she got it to connect, but it didn’t last. It might be my phone even though I’ve had multiple phones with the same problem. I had a corporate person helping me, but now she’s not answering my calls. Her name is Medina. I would like someone to get back to me and take a personal interest I have very good insurance that the dealership keeps charging The insurancewhen I go in and not fixing the problem. Also, I was in a few days before I noticed that my oil needed changing. You would think that the dealership would tell me that my oil needs changing. They are the ones who change it. So I had to come back the next week. More
