Service advisor Erin was not helpful at all in advising when car will be ready and did not provide any status updates during the 2.5 weeks they had my car. No loaner cars were available and I was not offer when car will be ready and did not provide any status updates during the 2.5 weeks they had my car. Beverly was very rude on the phone when I called to check on status, talking on top of me instead of listening to my questions. Very disappointed in this dealership where I had previously received much better service. More
