I have to say that I have purchased many vehicles in my time. For the most part, buying a car is not a pleasent experience, to say the least. I purchased a used vehicle at Advantage Chevrolet from the eBay Manager, Steve Miller. Sight unseen, I left a deposit and drove a very long way to take it for a test drive. I was not expecting the vehicle to be as Steve had described it. I thought that I would find something wrong with it and return without the car. After all, I went to three other dealerships, only to be very dissappointed! I ended up buying the car and driving it home. All my friends and family told me I was nuts, buying a car I had not even seen. Who is laughing now! The old way of selling cars is gone and Advantage Chevrolet is what car buying should be all about everywhere! Professional, genuine and honest. My husband and I actually answered an ad for a vehicle that we did not purchase. Chris was our salesperson and worked with us all throughout the day showing us various vehicles. Chris is the most professional salesperson we have ever worked with and believe me we have worked with many. He is a courteous young man whowas very mindful of the fact that I have a disability and made sure I was always comfortable. Wow ... where do I start.  I knew from the moment I walked in the door I was stuck with an idiot.   After taking a look at what they had in stock and going for a test drive in a 2011 Camaro .. it wa walked in the door I was stuck with an idiot.   After taking a look at what they had in stock and going for a test drive in a 2011 Camaro .. it was time to talk money.  After about an hour of going back and forth with all the nonsense .. they tell me the car I was looking at had already been sold! While I was on the phone with Geico, the salesman is asking me for a debit card.  I refused .. not sure what that was about as there was no sale. Advantage Cheverolet in Hodgkins is by far the best dealership I've been to. As soon as you walk in there's someone there to greet and assist you. I went there to purchase a car and had three in mind dealership I've been to. As soon as you walk in there's someone there to greet and assist you. I went there to purchase a car and had three in mind. The sales associate took time to explain the features on each of the vechicles and didn't bring up cost or money until I made my final decision. Their prices are reasonable. One day a pebble hit my winshield on the expressway and by the end of the day, my windshield had a large crack in it. I called several places recommended by my insurance company and then the dealer and it turned out, Advantage was the cheapest. I know go there for all my scheduled maintenance. Everyone continues to treat me like the first day I bought the car. I would/do recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a car. More

Went in Saturday and the show room looked like I was at the autoshow.... So many people there I didnt think they were going to take the time to sell me a car but I was very wrong!!! I had to wait a while but I walked away from Advantage Chevrolet with more of what I expected. They took my 2001 Honda Civic as a trade for a very fair price and I got approved for a 2010 Equinox and I love it... From the sales people to finance I give Advantage Chevrolet 5 stars. I recommend this place. Great place to buy a car... It really makes a difference and a good experience to buy a car. More
