Driving the car around, explining all the fixtures in the dashboard and unswering throughly all of my questions. The confidence that I percived from Mr. Mark Brown from Financial, to whom I am very thankful for helping us to get the loan for my new Chavy SONIC, which I like and love it sooo much. The Actitud from each one including Mr. Mark Ott, no hustle, nor persisting on anything, but very helpful on any doubts or questions that we had. We are very please with all ADVANTAGE CHEVROLET PERSONAL, the way we were treated and the proteccion package done in my new sonic. I do Highly recomend ADVANTGE CHEVROLET PERSONAL to do bussines with. Sincerly Eloisa and Juan Santillan More

I had my eye on a 2011 all black one with black interior. I get to the dealership and Mr.Lonie was the first to greet my guests and I. Told him to SHOW me all the avengers and tell me the prices. In the end the car I specifically saw was not on the lot. So I went online and gave him the stock# and told him to FIND ME THAT CAR. He located it was suppose to be getting detailed. He did recall the vehicle to the dealership so I could get a look at it and test drive it. I liked it and agreed to buy IF they could 1. get me financed, 2.get a COVER for the fuse box under the hood, and 3.finish detailing the car. All those were agreed. I went home I got a call later from one of the financiers, named Jon, saying I was approved. I again repeated that I would buy the car if the other 2 requests were filled. I was assured they would be and made an appointment to come in the next morning for it at 10. The NEXT DAY I get a call around 9am from Mr.Bobby saying the car was ready. I asked if the fuse box cover had been taken care of and the car had finished being clean. He went and PHYSICALLY checked and came back and told me yes. So I get there around 9:30 am I did some information paperwork then asked to see the car. Mr.Lonie told me that it was getting cleaned up for me. Took a long time just to get to the actual FINANCING OFFICE. So I get to the financing office that staff member was nice patient and non pushy unlike my salesmen and the process went fast and pleasantly. A friend went ahead and put my sons carseat in the Avenger for me outside. Despite how you are suppose to get 2 keys for the car when you buy it...I ONLY GOT ONE and there was nothing else they could do about it. So as I open the door to put my baby in the car a PUTRID SMELL poured out. It smelt like someone had been recently smoking in the car. I immediately went inside upset and vented to the Manager Bobby. He said he was positive no one had been smoking in that car and would give me a free detailing if I came back in.(From a non-smoker not even a HINT of that smell was that car the day before) I agreed and left to get gas BECAUSE WHEN YOU BUY USED THEY DO NOT EVEN OFFER YOU A FULL COMPLIMENTARY TANK OF GAS. When I got home I ended up noticing loose tobacco in the rear door side. Then a day later I found A WHOLE EMPTY CASE OF CIGARETTES under the passenger seat. Supposedly this car had already been detailed. So I called the Manager to complain and tell him my findings. He sounded surprised, then later told me in the conversation that the car had NEVER GOT DETAILED BECAUSE Mr.Lonie was expressing how eager I was to make the purchase....At that moment I called Mr.Lonie out saying he was a liar and that I repeated to him many times that that car had to be detailed completely BEFORE I BOUGHT IT and it was agreed. So all in all the things that were horrid with this experience were: Pushy, rude, and confrontational salesman Deception of sale agreement No complimentary ANYTHING when you buy "used" no matter HOW MUCH MONEY YOU SPEND. No extra key IF the car was not brought in with 2 keys I would not do business with them again in the future and I would not recommend them to anyone. More
Late January 2012: I was looking to trade in my 2011 Ford Fusion to get a Chevy Traverse. I went into the dealership and worked with Steve. I asked him about the internet price of the Traverse and he didnt s Fusion to get a Chevy Traverse. I went into the dealership and worked with Steve. I asked him about the internet price of the Traverse and he didnt seem to want to discuss price. Anyways my wife and I test drove the Traverse. Nice drive...Meanwhile my car was getting appraise. My wife and i Sat for an hour and half waiting for them to appraise car. It was not busy so how long does it take. After a while Steve came back and told me they are offering 13k for my car. Now my car had 12k miles on it, 2011 SE in great condition. No biggie only 13k. I want 17k or 18k. I told Steve thanks I will go to another dealer. The next morning i get a call from a salesman. He tells me to come in. The guy who appraised cars was not there yesterday so my car was appraised wrong. I tell him im at a Dodge dealer and they are offering me 17k for it. He says get it in writing and we will match. So....I get the details in writing from Dodge and travel to Advantage. While im en route to Advantage i get a call from Steve and some lady asking me to come back to get more money on my trade. The car appraisal guy was there. So i get there with this appraisal in writing and no one knows what I am talking about. I tell them I talked with a gentleman who wanting me to bring this appraisal in writing and he said Advantage will match. They appraised my car again. Some guy approached me while i was sitting and waiting forever and told me we will give you 14k. He said the guy who appraised car is not here today. I responded: "you guys not going to match the appraisal from Dodge." Again no one knows what I am talking about. And I was told that this invisible guy who appraise cars was here today, but he really wasnt...or does he exist? I left the dealership pissed....Oh...they were only concerned about running your credit before you test drive or do anything. I went home and called the dealer to speak to a manager. I explained to him the situation and he responded: "We ain't giving you 17k for your trade! We not giving you more money!" He was very rude. I was almost taking this personal and was fuming. The guy was so ignorant over the phone. The very worst experience at a dealer. I dealt with liars and rude so call business people. More

Since my first visit to Advantage Chevrolet, I felt very welcomed. The Salesman Chris Krajniak was the nicest and friendliest salesman I ever worked with to get a car. Every dealer I went to before, I had a bad experience with. I knew since I met Chris that I would want to buy my first car from him, and I did. He was VERY patient with me (since I had went to the dealer about 3 times before I eventually bought my car). Even after I bought my car he has still called me to follow up with me on how the car is running and just to make sure everything is going good. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone that wants to purchase a car. Even his desk buddy (sorry forgot his name) was extremely nice and made us feel very welcomed. Chris even came in on his day off for me. I appreciate great customer service like the one I received from Chris and his co-worker at Advantage Chevrolet. More
I just bought my first car here a few months ago and I couldn't be happier. Since the moment I walked in the door I had great service. My salesman was very knowledgable and straight forward during my purchase. He has even followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything is fine with the car. When it came down to money, the entire staff worked their hardest to get me the best deal for my car. I knew when I drove off the lot I had the best car for the best price. All I can say is, they have a customer for life now after the way they treated me. Thank you Advantage Cherolet. More
I would never consider doing business at this dealership. I saw two different ads for the same malibu online. I chatted with one of their salesman online and asked about the price difference. I w dealership. I saw two different ads for the same malibu online. I chatted with one of their salesman online and asked about the price difference. I was told to bring in the lower priced ad and I would recieve that price. I followed up three more times with emails and calls to verify this. I live over an hour away and called one last time. I told the salesperson that I had the financing and the down payment but I didnt want to show up and be told that I didn't qualify for a certain rebate or that the car had already been sold. I then asked If i show up will you sell me this car for this price and was told "YES SIR." I showed up about two hours later and got the runaround. I didnt qualify for $2800 in rebates, the hubcaps had been removed from the vehicle, and never did meet the salesperson I had talked to on the phone. I got two different stories on why I could not see her. These salesmpeople are out to get you for every dollar they can squeeze out of you and they have no problem telling you bold facede lies. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Beareau. Spoke to Chevrolet Corp. Marketing, and even called the Hodgkins PD to see if this qualified as outright fraud. Don't do business here. Run, run as fast as you can to another dealership that might possibly have some small smattering of integrity! More
