Sales person was busy, going between 3-4 customers so spent time waiting. Driving home after purchasing the car realized it needed an oil change right away. Took the car to my mechanic for an oil change spent time waiting. Driving home after purchasing the car realized it needed an oil change right away. Took the car to my mechanic for an oil change and he noticed 2 leaks. Had to take the car to a dealership near me to get the leaks fixed, which took 3 days. Thankfully it was covered under the manufacturers warranty so I did not have to pay out of pocket but still sucks having to be without the car you just bought due to issues. More

The service work was great as was customer support. I had to call in to find out if parts were in but otherwise everything was great!
