We needed a car; bad. It was either pour more money into the car we had or try & buy another car. Even though we went through the lot of cars Sunday when the dealership was closed, it seemed like the cars we picked out were a little above our price range. Cyril was very patient with us and guided us to some options that seemed to be a good compromise, in both price and style. We settled for what seemed too good to be true, Dodge Avenger. When talking finances, Cyril understood that although my fiancee was the bread winner, I was the one who knew about the household budget & what we could spend monthly. I appreciated that he included me in the car buyiung process without exluding my fiancee. On other car purchases most sales people ignore my input because I'm 'just a homemaker'. Cyril made me feel as if my fiancee and I were making the purchase, not just my fiancee. When talking to the finance manager, Dennis was terrific at explaining all of our warranty options. We were glad that the dealership was able to let us trade in our old car, even if it wasnt for very much. It was wonderful getting the 'headache' off of our hands & being able to breath confidently that we made the right decision as to where and what we purchased. Even after the return period was over we are still very happy with our purchase. Everyone there that we can in contact with great. No one made us feel uneasy or awkward for having our kids (5yrs & almost 1yrs) at the dealership during the buying process. Service was great. There were so many little perks during the process that we couldnt understand why we were only first time customers instead of life long returining customers. We will DEFINATELY make Advantage Chevrolet our first (and hopefully only) place for new or used cars in the future. We would (and will) recommend this dealership to any of our family/friends/aquintances. Thank you for making the car buying process so easy and hassel free during such a financial hard month. More

I was hesitant to even come to this dealership with fear of not getting approved for the truck I wanted. But as soon as Shadi Greeted me it was nothing but great news all the way through. It was a very fast of not getting approved for the truck I wanted. But as soon as Shadi Greeted me it was nothing but great news all the way through. I'm sure that my feedback doesn't really matter based on the level of customer service I received....but here it goes. Arrogance, Rude and lack of negotiating is the primary problem with your deale based on the level of customer service I received....but here it goes. Arrogance, Rude and lack of negotiating is the primary problem with your dealership. Because of this, and squabbling over a few hundred dollars, I went down the street and made a fantastic deal with another dealership. I buy a lot of cars (typically every 1-2 years) and don't ever remember dealing with sales folks such as the ones I have with your dealer (Dan was fine). Riffat must do something right, because customer service is not one of them including language barrier and hanging up on me. Then I get a call from a sales manager who was both arrogant, but made it sound as if this was the best deal in town. You should come up with a different strategy because obviously you are a dime a dozen. I'm in an industry where we sell to our customers and the one thing that has gained their business is give them what they want (within reason).....and here is a BIG ONE......just be nice:) Anyway, thought I would share.........the only one that lost in this deal is your dealership, because I got a much better deal the same day you locked in my decision to do so. More

I appreciated how amazing Chris was to help my family and I in our search for a new car. We purchased the same car we had previously owned, only a newer model with better features. He was fast to try and help us out when he originally saw us, and even got us another man to help us whom he trusted while he was finishing up a sale with another customer. He was able to get us a great trade in price with as many discounts as possible. He got the monthly payment within my price range quicker than I thought. He called us within the hour that we had left to let us know he was getting the car cleaned up so we can come back and check it out the next day and negotiate within my price range! I have purchased a few cars from him before and I appreciate his service every time I come to check out the new cars, while mine is in the service department getting something as simple as an oil change. I will be back to receive his service again and would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone I know. More
I took my husband's Chevrolet Colorado in to get an automatic start installed for Christmas. Being somewhat uneducated about this feature, I spoke with Mark Ott expensively about my options.
