I had been researching the Chevy Sonic for some time, and had found the model I wanted at Advantage. They advertised a great price online, so I asked for a quote. The internet sales person, Chris Piesen, c had found the model I wanted at Advantage. They advertised a great price online, so I asked for a quote. The internet sales person, Chris Piesen, contacted me and I asked if I could get the price advertised or better. I even joked that obviously, I wouldn't want to negotiate the price up, only down. He said sure, come on in. My first mistake was to not get a quote before I went there. I am 40 minutes away. A sales consultant, Tony Wyatt, was very helpful until it got down to talking price. His quote wasn't even close to the advertised internet price. So, the new car sales manager, Mike Armstrong, comes over to talk price and explains how it's unfortunate how some dealers are misleading online. We are scratching our heads because we think he's talking about other dealerships. We finally figure out, as my wife and I leave to go discuss the purchase, that he's talking about themselves! We decide to go back and see if we can negotiate the price down some more. At this point, their quote is only $1400 off sticker (which includes all rebates/incentives), while it's advertised online as a sales price $3100 off MSRP. We never even got close to that price. Sales manager, Roberto Parera, tried to reel us back in, and gave a price quote $1000 ABOVE what was advertised online. We said no thanks. We just felt embarrassed, uncomfortable, frustrated, deceived, and naive about the whole process there. Fortunately, we did find another dealership where this type of business is not conducted. More
When I entered the dealership I was immediately greeted by Eid. I had seen an ad online for a Chevy Spark that I was interested in, and immediately Eid retrieved the car so that I could take it for a test drive. Eid was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and Chevy. He was able to answer all my questions, and show me all the great features of the car. Eid is an excellent salesman without being pushy or over bearing. He was extremely respectful to me, and just overall a great person to work with. Eid assisted me throughout the negotiation process, and even then I never felt uncomfortable, or pressured. Everyone that I worked with during that process was great to work with, just an overall excellent staff. This then extended all the way through the finance department where I met Mark and Dennis. Both of whom where extremely helpful and great to work with. I can honestly say that this is the best car-buying experience I have had. The customer service here was outstanding! I had previously gone to a different dealership to purchase my Chevy Spark, and the salesman I encountered there was less than pleasant, so I took my business elsewhere, and I am so glad that I did! Just purchased a new 2013 Chevy Equinox AWD from here and got to say the experience was great. I had internet shopped around every dealership in a 50 mile radius and they had the best price I could find on got to say the experience was great. I had internet shopped around every dealership in a 50 mile radius and they had the best price I could find on the vehicle. I even spent three hours at another dealership and that ended in a horrible experience of being haggled and lied to by the salesman. This was the complete opposite experience. Great no haggle price and even worked with me on my trade in to get what was fair for both of us. Only criticism that I have is that my internet questions were not met in a timely manner and I had to actual call to get the questions answered and information I need, but over all it was a great experience. Will definately look here again the next time I'm in the vehicle market. More
I went in with a picture of the Chevy Aveo that I saw online. I was immediately greeted by someone. I gave the gentlemen the picture and within a few minutes the car was parked and ready for me to test d online. I was immediately greeted by someone. I loved the service I received and after the actual process was done and over with, I drove away in my new-to-me 2011 Chevy Aveo. I believe I worked with a guy named Steve Garcia for the Sales part of everything, Highly recommend him, Very friendly and helpful. More
Raul has always given us the best customer service when we bring our vehicles in for service. I actually became physically ill which took one (1) week to recuperate Please refer to my previous review/survey for Cruze #1, Autumn Metallic 2013. When I bought the #1 Cruze, it had 36 miles on it. Whoever drove those 36 miles had to have known it was a “lemon” hence dropping the price from $17,000 to the advertised $14,000. On my first visit and meeting Steven Garcia, who took the place of a Gale, (whom I was supposed to be meeting per earlier phone conversation and making said appointment, and taking a walk outside t view other autos. He was pushing Sonics. I stated I was not interested in a Sonic. He later found the Cruze I initially came for. I asked, while we were outside viewing the other cars; ‘what was wrong with the Autumn Metallic Cruze causing the drop in price? This most important question, to me, was blown off by my then salesman. To myself, I said ok so this is the way he wants to work it. Moving forward with weather being so bad I drove the Cruze home, Thanks to Mike Fawell, another salesman who listen to and had helpful input on the sale. It the Cruze sat form the day I got it home til the next Monday when I had an appointment at Rush downtown. I was so proud of myself having driven my new car so smoothly, with no problems with the gear changing. I pulled into the lot at Rush and the car went ‘phiff’, nothing. Luckily I was out of the traffic and two of the very nice porters pushed me over to the side. I called Advantage to let them know my car had quit. The person answering the phone told me to call OnStar and he would tell Steven Garcia what had happened and I was waiting to be towed in to Service there. The tow truck arrived 3/14/2013, 20 minutes later @12:38. I am now late for my two, appointments and had to call from my car to cancel and explain why. The tow truck arrived at the service department at about 1:30. I went straight to the showroom and asked one of the workers to get the Manager for me. He thought I meant service manager. I said no the manager of Advantage Chevrolet, this facility. This worker was so very nice and shows me to a seat in one of the booths. From my seated position, I have view of total showroom. I saw this nice worker approach a man in a blue shirt. I assumed he was the manager. This manager glanced back at me from the counter and went to one of the other booths. My salesman, Steven Garcia was sitting in one of the booths straight in front of me. He saw me, wiped his face and proceeded to the computer at the corner of the front desk. That’s when I took out my phone and started my memos on my phone as time went on. I still have those in my phone. To me, it seemed to my salesman, “I made my sale now I am through with this person”. To me, I was not even considered a customer but just another bothersome ‘person’ not worthy of his time. He Steven Garcia looked at me x 3 and proceeded to ignore me. He proceeded to seat other customers and work with them. At this third ignor-rance I am very much steaming under my collar and am trying very hard to keep my control. I go to the desk and explain that I have been sitting for now, more than 2 ½ hours and being totally ignored by all non-concerned and I want to see the head man of this facility right now. I sat for more than an hour. This same very nice worker came over to me, offered me water or coffee. I said no. I am still waiting to see the manager he told more than an hour ago. He, this very nice worker went back to this ‘manager’ and reminded him that I am still waiting to see him. This ‘manager’ shuffles some paper at the counter and returns to his booth. Totally ignoring me. Finally another “blue shirt and my salesman” come to my booth and blame me for the Cruzes’ failure and informs me that I will have to pay to have it repaired. I said, no I’m not. The blue shirt informs me that I can get a rental while waiting for repairs to be done. I said, no I won’t. Long silence on both sides. He, the blue shirt tell me; in order to get a new car, it will cost me $100 to $150 more per month. I said, no it won’t because whoever put those 36 miles on the car knew it was a lemon, hence the price drop that I wasn’t to know about. He, the blue shirt and my salesman stand and tell me they will check on another car for me and has the audacity to put out his hand for me to shake which I refused. I have never in my lifetime been treated so badly while trying to purchase a decent vehicle My salesman finally comes over to inform me he found another car, not the color I wanted but the lowest price he could find. I said ok. At this point, I just wanted to get out of there with a decent automobile. He went to pull the auto and bring it around to be test driven. I ok’d newer car and was told by my salesman that there was one person ahead of me and I would be called into the financial manager’s office. Well, I sat and watched two customers go into this manager’s office. I call my salesman over and pointed this out to him. I was then told that Dennis Reilly would take care of me as soon as he finished his present customer. I would like to say Dennis Reilly saw to my financing Chevy Cobalt 2010 and remembered me. He then saw to my financing the “lemon, 2013 Cruze” and has been nothing but gracious, friendly and efficient in working with my finances. All of this could have been avoided. I would only be paying for one auto instead of having to purchase two (2). Therefore, having more money coming out of my Social Security check than I can afford. If only, I were told the truth in the first place about this ‘lemon’ and having this ‘blue shirt’ put the blame on the customer, me, instead of the Dealership, Advantage Chevrolet, that dropped the price from $17,000 to $14,000 in the first place. When I left the dealership it was almost 8 pm. Ask me if I would buy another car from there, no. Ask me if I would refer Advantage Chevrolet, not on your life. Thank you for taking the time to read this correspondence. Janice Fry More

I have been looking for a new Equinox for about 6 months, I have dealt with 3 dealerships in all that time trying to get the price that would work for me. If I would have just gone straight to Advantage Chev I have dealt with 3 dealerships in all that time trying to get the price that would work for me. If I would have just gone straight to Advantage Chevrolet from the start my wife would have had a new Equinox 6 months ago, the other dealers kept telling the price I was looking to pay for a 2LT was not possible. In total I paid almost $5000 less than the other 2 dealers kept quote me for the same 2LT. If you want to waste your time feel free to go every where else, if you want to get the deal you want and no xx go talk to Steven Nunez. More
