I dropped my car off there at 8:00am for an 8:15am oil change. I was sitting there for 2 hours for an oil change. When we bought the truck everybody is nice. When we need a headlight replacement they sent us to a dodge Dealer. ( brand of our truck). Even having an insurance offered by Chevrolet (this Dealer) Bumper a headlight replacement they sent us to a dodge Dealer. ( brand of our truck). Even having an insurance offered by Chevrolet (this Dealer) Bumper to bumper paying for it! I emailed to advantage. No answer yet. So. I don't recommend you to buy cars there. More

I spent $70k on a new vehicle and because I was out of state the requisite follow up service sucked! The running boards were not installed when I purchased the truck and were to be delivered to my local state the requisite follow up service sucked! The running boards were not installed when I purchased the truck and were to be delivered to my local dealer for subsequent installation. Finally after numerous phone calls by me escalating the issue up the dealer's chain of command did the boards get delivered for installation. And the DEF funnel and accessory tie downs for the bed were never provided, despite numerous requests and promises that they would by the Dealer. Nice truck, but a problematic Dealer for non-local buyers. More
