Our overall experience was great! The dealership's special hours (open until midnight) really worked well for us this past Saturday. Over all it was a great experience. Both my salesman Michael Fawell and the finacce personnel Mark Brown were extremely helpful. Mark Brown was helpful in getting me an extremely low intrest rate and took his time during the whole purchase and paper work process. I had been searching online for vehicles for a couple weeks, and came across a beautiful 2009 Chevy HHR at Advantage Chevrolet. My boyfriend and I went in one night to take a look at it. Tony Wyatt greet weeks, and came across a beautiful 2009 Chevy HHR at Advantage Chevrolet. My boyfriend and I went in one night to take a look at it. Tony Wyatt greeted us and was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle from the get go. We test drove it and I fell in love. It was a little out of my budget, so Tony was trying to work out a better deal for us. We went back and forth to the dealership for a few days, and each time, Tony was friendly and eager to help. He made me feel like we were old friends. His manager, Bob... not so much. I was already pre-approved for a loan through my bank, and all Bob wanted to do was try to get me a loan with their finance companies. He was NOT friendly, and I almost took my business elsewhere because of him. But Tony did the negotiating for me from that point on, and we finally came to a price both of us could agree on. So on August 3rd, I became the proud owner of my Chevy HHR. The finance guy, Mark Brown was also fantastic to work with. He explained all the paperwork I was signing thoroughly. I will definitely recommend Tony, Mark, and this dealership to anybody looking for a car, and I will most certainly come back when it's time for another vehicle of my own. More

So we all know the run of the mill dealer experience. You come in, you're immediately hounded by over-eager, presumptuous salesmen looking to shove you back out the door with a new car... NOT my experienc come in, you're immediately hounded by over-eager, presumptuous salesmen looking to shove you back out the door with a new car... NOT my experience at Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins, whatsoever. I was casually and politely greeted by staff near the front desk, and felt welcomed, informed, and heard throughout the entire experience. Fabian and the rest of the team were awesome, and ended up getting me a great deal on a 2013 Cruze so I could stay within my budget. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would not hesitate to recommend Fabian and Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins to friends and family. More
