Buy a new car After going to another dealership that showed my wife and I a number of cars except the one we asked for. We went to Advanage Chevy where an ambitious After going to another dealership that showed my wife and I a number of cars except the one we asked for. We went to Advanage Chevy where an ambitious young man nicknamed Moe greeted my wife and I on the lot not 3 minutes after we arrived and he asked us "what kind of car we were looking for?" Having done our homework we told Moe in detail. He told us," he would ask his superior." Not 10 minutes later the vehicle was presented to us for a test ride. We drove home the 2014 Malibu 2hrs later thanks to Fabian Murillo, Dennis Reily, Mark Ott and Moe at a great price. More

Excellent Customer Service! I brought my mother to Advantage to purchase a used vehicle. Tom Hackett was our salesman and he was really great! We told him what we wanted and he immediately showed us 5 - 6 possible vehicles. We all discussed and eliminated from there and were able to make an informed selection! The price was great! and Tom was Great! He had all of the proper product knowledge/information and was able to describe aspects of the vehicle to answer all of our questions. Moreover, he has a GREAT sense of humor! He made the event of purchasing a vehicle seem very easy and enjoyable. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time. He made it clear that we were his priority and that meant putting us first and making us happy. I truly appreciated his light-hearted approach/style! Our salesman is not aware that we had overheard a situation; but, there was one moment where some other salesperson (if that's what he was, as he was in shorts) attempted to either belittle our salesperson; however, he rose above the remarks and made it clear, yet again, that we were his first priority! I did not appreciate that person. And, if our salesman would have had any less integrity, the remarks might have affected the remainder of our time together. That did NOT happen! :) Thank you, Advantage, for a GREAT deal and for having such GREAT staff!!! More
