New Vehicle and Service I bought a new vehicle here and the people are very pleasant and knowledgeable about the vehicles. However, like any car dealership, they really only care about the money. I found it interesting that the first price offer this dealership made was the sticker price. For someone who came in and new exactly what they wanted, you would think they would know I had done my research. Asking for my trade in vehicles keys back seemed to change their minds quickly. The finance guy, Mark Brown, was great. He had us in and out very quickly and explained what was necessary. When I bought this vehicle, the My Link screen kept going out so I brought it back in for service. They kept my vehicle for a week trying to figure out what was wrong and when they did, they did not have the part in stock so they had to wait an additional 2 days to get that. The part that I really didn't like was that the part arrived on a Friday. I told them I needed the vehicle for the weekend. (Had plans with the kids.) I received a call saying they could not get it all back together because their technician who was working on it was going home. Apparently his day ends at 4pm. I'm sure it is union rules but the fact that people don't go the extra mile to help others is wrong to me. I do it every day at my job. Anyway, except for price and service, I think they did a good job. More

Good Experience, Good Deal After a couple weeks of online research, I decided to walk in to the Advantage Dealership to take a closer look at the Malibu and Cruze. Maurice was After a couple weeks of online research, I decided to walk in to the Advantage Dealership to take a closer look at the Malibu and Cruze. Maurice was attentive but didn't pressure me too much for the car. While the Malibu was a little out of my price range to start, Mike and Maurice got the monthly to within $5 of my budget. As someone with good, but very limited, credit history, they worked well to get it in my range. The only negative I have is the time it took to process the paperwork, however they were busy at the end of the day. Overall, it was a very good experience in a low-pressure environment. More
