Never do I have a problem when I go inside. I feel very welcomed. This time around my mother was looking for a new car. She was looking for something small, and there she came across the 2014 Chevy Cruze. Our salesman Nicky was very nice to work with, and made it a fabulous experience. He did all he could to make my mother happy. There was a particular color she wanted the car to be, and he made it happen. On the other hand Mark Brown made it a great experience. He explained everything with no problem, and assured that all our questions were answered. Also Krystal is very nice. The times that I have gone we always have a great conversation. A very special day in my life! I brought my car in for an oil change and wound up buying a new vehicle! While I was waiting for service to be done, Debra talked me into speaking wit I brought my car in for an oil change and wound up buying a new vehicle! While I was waiting for service to be done, Debra talked me into speaking with a salesman and he was wonderful! He took the time to show me the new vehicles he had in stock, answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. Tony Wyatt was very courteous and helpful. I would also like to thank Raul for his great service in getting my previous car serviced quickly and thoroughly. I have been going to Advantage for service on my old vehicle for quite a while. Each and every time was a nice experience...from the people I met to the quality of service and length of waiting time. A huge thank you to a wonderful dealership! More
