Each time I visit the service department I'm greeted like a friend they use my name they know who I am I look forward to bringing the car in...not so much when there's a bill! Each time I go in for service I wander through the new car showroom each and every time over the two years I've been coming to this dealership I'm always ignored by the sales staff they're either too busy deciding which donut to take out of the box or what text they need to send I'll get eye contact from a few and nothing more I would never buy a new car or refer anyone to this dealership for new car sales! My trade in was rear ended the day I was trading it in. $1200 worth of damage. Yet the sales manager took away $6000 of my trade-in value. I think Advantage could have done better to help me out. Juan was an excellent salesman. Charlie was great to work with and very friendly. Together they made me feel more comfortable in a typically uncomfortable situation.
