Great Service Department I recently bought two new Chevy cars about a year ago. I had a window trim part that came off when I was driving down I55. I took it back to the deale I recently bought two new Chevy cars about a year ago. I had a window trim part that came off when I was driving down I55. I took it back to the dealership I bought it to have the new part installed which only snapped on. I sat in that dealership for 3+ hours. After that I refused to take my car back there for service so then on my first oil change I took it to Advantage Chevy I was informed at the time of the write up about 1 1/2 hours which it took less. So the follow weeks I brought my wife car in for the same thing and same great service. I always been dealing with Katie and Jim. If I heard correct they are short on service advisors and these two are doing a great job with handling all customers with great service. I currently work for JB Hunt Transport in Chicago on Archer and 47th we have 12+ Chevy pick up trucks that we use in maintenance department which because of the great service I got while taking my personal cars to Advantage. I spoke with my people and we now service our trucks there thanks to the great service provided by Katie and Jim... Keep up the great work... More

I had been communicating with Tom over the phone for about a week before I decided to go in to the dealership. He and everyone else was very friendly and showed top of the line professionalism. I do not have the type of credit that would allow me to just walk in and pick whatever I want but Tom and the crew made me feel as if I did. Tom was very knowledgeable of the Chevy Equinox LT and its tons of loaded options. He made me feel very comfortable and didn't pressure me to make any decisions. I left the dealership last night with my Equinox and still pinching myself to see if it was all a dream because the service, the purchase and vehicle makes me feel as if I am dreaming. Know the Internet Price before you visit Advantage We went in to see a car we had inquired about through email and went because had confirmed the price. But when we got there we saw another car and asked about the price of that car. We liked the car and price quoted and purchased car. When we got home I went to Advantage website to print out Autocheck and that's when we found out that this car was listed on Advantage's website $2.000 cheaper . That was a terrible feeling. We felt like we were taken advantage of (hence, this is a good name for this dealership "Advantage"). The good thing is that we were able to go back in and get the internet price. So, please know the internet price before going to Advantage. More

I had a salesman try to trick me into signing an estimate that was hundreds of dollars more than he I told him I could do; he proceeded to get upset with me because "we shook on it". He must have shook my hand 7 different times. He started to upset me so I left my boyfriend inside so I could have a cigarette, he then walked in front me and tried to tell me no. Then he wouldn't show me any cars that I could afford, only brand new, I'm 20. That was only the beginning. we got a new salesman, someone who's sold to my family before. He thought it was a good idea to tell us how dumb we were and refuse to answer any questions, not show me any cars I could afford, insult us, be so disrespectful that it escapes me he still has a job there, and then proceeded to get up out of his chair and get in my boyfriends face and nearly start throwing punches because he didn't like the questions we were asking. A manager had to come. A new salesman. decent guy, showed me reasonable cars, and I picked one. took multiple hours, I was 2 and half hours late to work because when I was actually able to find someone, they told me just a few more minutes. I told them I had work soon and I'll start the deal now and finish tomorrow. They refused. Oh and wait there's more I was never given a spare key, I drove away with the car and it's been sputtering ever since leaving that parking lot. No one will help me. I've called and called and been transferred and put on hold and left messages. No one has ever once gotten back to me. About the problems with my car that they basically handed to me plus the recall. This establishment should be shut down and I will forever regret giving thwm my business. I was so frustrated and done with everything I wanted it to end and I needed a car, my old one was Shot. Since I started with an Internet consultant, that made this the third person I was dealing with. The car I inquired about was not ready for viewing as promised by the Internet consultant, so the salesman had to go find it. Trade-in price was low-balled, and pricing offer was presented in a confusing manner. Lease option was provided even though I was previously asked and informed the salesman that I was purchasing, not leasing. Financing information was presented in a confusing manner and not the term I was looking for. Internet consultant had told me that they would beat anyone's price by 5%. That didn't happen, so I walked out without making a purchase. Buying a new car is not a pleasant experience to begin with, and this place only makes it worse. More

First off, Dashawn was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about all of the cars. The test drive was an experience. Secondly, not enough is to be said about Dennis. I agreed to terms and near the end of closing, he found a way to save me nearly $100 a month on my payment. He could have been lazy about it and said nothing. Instead he did all that paperwork over. She then asked if I would be willing to listen to someone and see what can be offered for my vehicle and introduced me to Chad Fensin whom really worked with me to get the monthly payment I was looking for nd I left with a 2015 Impala. Chad was great in the service he proved and answered any questions I had, I was most surprised when I receive a follow up phone call from Chad the evening I purchased my vehicle. I also was serviced by Charlie Munoz and Mark Ott. I can say I am pleased with my experience and the purchase I made today. I would recommend Advantage Chevrolet to anyone. More

I think you should be able to talk to finance before anything is done with the purchase. they are the ones that are give the ok not salesmen!! the back and forth is just a waste of time. so moral of the story is don't advertise can help with any situation!!!!. should have know when walked out of this dealership once before from IGNORANCE!!!!! More
