Pablo was patient and came up with options to help meet my needs and we agreed on a used car price fairly quickly. This was my first used car purchase, but after checking other dealers, I was sure I was getting a good deal. Dennis was also patient in my panic over the interest rate and monthly costs and come up with a way to get my payment to where I needed it on my terms and was very pleasant, assuring me that I was not as much of a pain as I felt like I was being. When it's time to upgrade, I will definitely be back!! More

Total rip off Every time we take the car in they want to sell us other services. We had a check engine light that came on. before taking the car to the dealer we ha Every time we take the car in they want to sell us other services. We had a check engine light that came on. before taking the car to the dealer we had a friend run a diagnostic test. A code came up that is covered under the engines warranty. We took the car in and the dealer came out and said there was multiple problems. I told them I only wanted them to fix what is covered the warrantee. They wanted to still charge me the diagnostic fee because I didn't have the other work done. Scammers never again !!!!!!!!!!! More

Gave them all the info and faxed the paperwork for pre-approval so we wouldn't have to spend too much time at the dealership. Waited two hours, called in and told them we would be there in 30 minutes. They knew the car I wanted, the deal I expected and they had my information. We walked in and were told to sit down and just wait.. My son told them about the phone and internet conversations and said all we had to do was sign the paperwork and get out of there. Then they tried to switch the car and give me a lesser model. My son called for a manager, explained the whole thing and said we want the paperwork now. We have brought what we need to to their table, now they needed to get moving or lose the deal. Two and a half hours later I finally drove out of there in my leased car. And yes, it was the one I wanted for the price I wanted, but not without some insistance and pushing on our part. The staff acted like they had all day and they just did not care if we liked it our not. While there I talked with another couple who were trying to buy a car and they told me this was their third trip to Advantage and after about eight hours total they were finally getting their car. This is no way to run a business. You are not doing me a favor by selling me a car, I can buy one anywhere. I am doing your business a favor by buying from you and not the guy down the street. You folks at Advantage need to think about that for a minute. You have great Chevy cars and trucks, but you still need the customers. Start treating your customers with some respect and dignity. We did our advance work, we made sure we were approve ahead of time, we knew the offer we wanted. And even with the advertisement saying $129 a month for 36 months an no money down. I still shelled out $2000 cash and only got a 24 month lease. So the ad was wrong, they managers were wrong, the deal was not as it was stated, but I did want that car and so I took the shortcomings along with it. But I won't do that again. Advantage Chevrolet has seen my back. More

I recommend him for your next vehicle purchase. All of my service needs and requests for my Malibu have been met without hesitation. MAJOR RIP OFF I WENT IN FOR A ROUTINE SERVICE. RICK HILLER CAME OUT AND ADVISED ME THE MECHANIC SAID THAT THE FRONT AND REAR DIFFERENTIALS OIL SHOULD BE CHANGED, AN I WENT IN FOR A ROUTINE SERVICE. RICK HILLER CAME OUT AND ADVISED ME THE MECHANIC SAID THAT THE FRONT AND REAR DIFFERENTIALS OIL SHOULD BE CHANGED, AND THE TRANSFER ALSO, AND DOING ALL 3 AT ONE TIME WOULD SAVE ME MONEY, HAD A $40 COUPON HE WOULD GIVE ME. SAID SHOULD BE DONE AT 24,000 AND I HAD 26,350 MILES ON MY 2013 TAHOE. FROM OUR DISCUSSIONS AS I CHECKED IN HE KNEW I HAD WORK DONE IN WYOMING WHERE I LIVE AND AT ADVANTAGE WHICH IS BY MY SISTER'S HOUSE. EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT I SAT THERE FOR OVER 3 HOURS WHILE THEY DID THE WORK. MY BROTHER IN LAW TOLD ME I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO DO THE DIFFERENTIALS OR TRANSFER CASE YET. I WENT ON LINE TO THE CHEVY WEBSITE AND THEY SHOULD BE DONE EVERY 100,000 MILES. IN OTHER WORDS, I TRUSTED A CHEVY DEALERSHIP AND THEY RIPPED ME OFF. $600 OF MY VACATION MONEY SPENT TRYING TO DO A GOOD JOB OF MAINTAINING MY VEHICLE WHEN IT DID NOT NEED IT. DID NOT KNOW I SHOULD MEMORIZE THE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE BECAUSE CHEVY DEALERSHIPS WILL LIE AND RIP YOU OFF. ADVANTAGE CLAIMS THEY DO IT THAT WAY ALL THE TIME NO MATTER WHAT CHEVY SAYS. SO THEY GET $2400 PER 100,000 MILES COMPARED TO HONEST DEALERSHIPS THAT GET $600. SO THEIR CUSTOMERS PAY AN EXTRA $1800 PER 100,000 ON NEW VEHICLES. NOT TO MENTION THEY BAD MOUTHED MY WYOMING DEALERSHIP SAYING THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE IT AND KNOWN BETTER TO DO IT ON MY LAST SERVICE. I CALLED MY DEALERSHIP AND DID NOT TELL THEM WHY I WAS ASKING, THEY QUOTED THE CHEVY MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE FROM CHEVY. **AND**THEY TOOK OUT APPROX. 12 PSI OUT OF EACH TIRE, SO MY TIRES WITH 51 PSI MAX HAD APPROX. 35 LBS. IN THEM. I HAD TO STOP AND FILL MY TIRES AFTER THEY TOOK AIR OUT. **AND**THEY FAILED TO RESET THE OIL CHANGE DUE/PERCENTAGE GAUGE, SO DID THEY REALLY DO ANY WORK, OR DID I SIT THERE FOR 3 PLUS HOURS FOR NOTHING. I HAVE ZERO FAITH OR TRUST IN THIS DEALERSHIP AND I WILL NEVER BE BACK. I WILL GET MY TAHOE SERVICED AT A DRIVE THRU 10 MINUTE LUBE TYPE OF PLACE BEFORE I GO BACK THERE. More
